There was no confirmation of order, no follow up on the 8 attempts to reach them and it arrived 2-1/2 weeks later. The shoes I paid full price for (and pricey) do not fit and now they won't respond to the literally 8 times (email and phone) I have reached out about the return and the window of 5 days to refund them has expired. I am shocked that in this day and age if you are selling online that you consider the sale closed after it ships and simply ignore your customers. Now I am stuck with shoes I can never wear. BTW I never leave bad reviews. I am a person who goes out of my way to compliment places. But in this case I simply have given up. Avoid them -I don't care how awesome the things are they sell...find somewhere else to buy ! she may be sweet in person but a total flake online so she should shut down the online shop. I am totally with Nicole who left same review as worst online experience!!!

This is their opening weekend and due to my having to drive there in the middle of the day, I was only able to pursue the latter. That's OK, because the latter was being offered in abundance AND what's more, it was all discounted due to opening weekend! Even a wine & spirits enthusiast like Yours, Truly, will take a good sale over a drink any day of the week. The store is sectioned according to each boutique (the store is a collective). Focus seems to be on indie designers. There is a wicked jean selection, and a variety of clothing styles to suit every taste, including my own, which I might add, is quite picky. I especially appreciated the super cute coat and jackets they have right now (to the right as you enter the store) and the studded purses and bunches of blingy costume jewelry and other accessories artfully strewn about the store. I should also add that the ambiance of the store lends itself very well to shopping, drinking and socializing. I LOVE the fashion plate murals on the wall and unique mannequins. Ceilings are super high and the vibe is that of an exclusive, trendy boutique, yet the staff are all extremely friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I couldn't help but think if this store, which has the vibe of a Soho boutique, actually had to exist in Soho, well, let's just say it wouldn't be possible to find an outfit that didn't set us back a paycheck or two (that's not to say I WOULDN'T be inspired to lose a paycheck here). Like I said, I didn't drink from the bar (oh, I was tempted!), but I am looking forward to going back when I have an escort, perhaps on an evening when there is an event going on (they are going to have DJ events according to the website). By the way, there are opening weekend drink specials tomorrow: complimentary mimosas and bloody marys! Alas, I have prior engagements. But I'll be back, Garment District.

Many of the pieces have funny or profound sayings on them that can give you a chuckle. Some of them they even print in house. They've been selling in boutiques around town such as The Bunker, Westside Storey and MASH Handmade. Good news! They're going big time and have opened up their own retail space on Westport Road! The corner storefront is pretty large, and right now I'd say at least 75% of the space is dedicated to production. There are a ton of windows and thus natural light, and it's a clean and airy space that is a pleasure to be in. The merchandise is rather limited but well curated, and a number of other local brands are represented. Off the top of my head I can recall seeing products from local businesses Owl + Mouse, Sandlot Goods and Vintage Edison. This is, of course in addition to a full line of Normal Human's t-shirts for man, woman and child. They're brand new, in fact I don't think they even had a sign when I visited. As they navigate from wholesale to retail, I look forward to seeing what they come up with. I highly suggest a visit to Normal Human.

If you are that size, they have 2 cool pair of jeans on the sale rack! I found a rad pair of overalls which I wound up purchasing and a rad, bucket hat too. The couple (I'm assuming couple but a man and woman) running the place were very nice. I thought all the prices were reasonable! My overalls were the highest item but I think they were around $50. My cool bucket hat was only $11. A box of incense cones were $1.25- $2.00. I'll definitely be back in!
