    Current temperature in our store

It's currently 88 degrees in our store & the mall manager Holly is a joke. Every store in the mall except Dillard & Dicks are experiencing temperatures over 82 degrees. We're on day 4 by the way. This will be the second time we've had to call OSHA. She also had the nerve to tell us that it is not that hot downstairs failing to acknowledge we're on the top floor.

The store ok but the mall is dead my there old Sears area this is no forever 21 and old navy & rue21 all closed and the mall is not fun the food court is dead to with no Panda Express on more this mall is a 5/10

An old and dated mall that is very nostalgic for a child of the 80/90s. I don't see this often living in NYC, so it's somewhat of a treat for me. There's not much here but it brings me back to my childhood. There's plenty of mall staples like Hot Topic, Pac Sun, and Zales. They also plenty of popular current shops like H&M and Forever 21. There are two large department stores, Dillard's and Macy's. Sears occupies a large footprint here but it seems to be out of business. We visited on a weekday and it was seemingly empty. Very easy to walk around and do some shopping if any of the current stores are of interest but it's not much more than nostalgia here for me.

The mall its self wasn't bad, arcade was decent, seemed like 85% of the shops sold the same mech. I'm giving a 1 star due to the random people at all the kiosk trying to scam people into buying something odd or giving to a random cause they explained in 5 different ways. Literally chased down several times to see if I was interested in this or that. No, I would of stopped if you had anything to offer me. On top of that 20th century legends is a JOKE!! Their damaged collectibles over priced !! Funko pop especially. Prices start at $25 ? For a standard pop walmart can't even sell? They wanted $35 for an extremely common pop that cost $6 in reality. " What If Captian American Zombie." Which I have 3 of. 2 small 1 large. When we walked out after expressing their prices are insane, and they'll never sell them for that. We walked out, only to be chased down by the clerk claiming the sonic plushie we won at the arcade was stolen from there. It's sad bone of those pops will find a home.

Haven't been in this mall in years! Some things have changed while others haven't. It wasn't too busy for a Thursday afternoon. Everything was nice and clean. One of our favorite spots was the play area it's large enough to run around and lots of things to climb on. They have a carousel which my daughter was extremely excited about. Unfortunately they required an adult 18+ to ride and I can't due to motion sickness so her teenage cousin couldn't even ride with her. She was sad about that but felt better after being able to ride a few of the mini cars they have. One of my favorite things about this mall is that the food court is in the middle and not on the end like other malls I've been to. It's nice because you don't have to go to the opposite end of mall to grab a snack.

The kids rides that have zero signs saying we cant be in their general area.

The nice happy mall cops lined my group up and scolded us for standing NEAR the kids rides. When they would ask us questions and one of us would answer seriously they would respond with sass and anger. Thank you so much guys, next time I'll look out for the "No standing" sign!

I found parking to be relatively easy and walking in the place has an inviting atmosphere. I mention that because I've been in other Marshalls before where I left feeling depressed. I like the larger open-air environment but enough distractions to keep my subconscious engaged. As for the employees, I found them helpful, personable and were able to check me in and out relatively quickly. As for the clothes selection they had a decent supply of mid-level name brand along with some harder to find selections. Since I'm writing this at the end of May, obviously their focus isn't on fall or winter which was perfect. I actually applaud their effort to keep most of the clothes in logical order, in that there weren't too many clothes that were shoved in a spot by lazy shoppers. They have many sizes and selections in men's and women's as I noticed while I was shopping with my two teenage girls. That said from a teenage perspective my girls weren't too impressed with the styles provided in clothes and my youngest wanted makeup but didn't find anything to her liking. I'm just conveying her thoughts for the younger crowd. Marshalls is clean and has decent prices and they maintain a very safe and comfortable shopping experience. I suggest coming in for all clothing needs and walking around for a bit to see if anything else grabs your fancy. I didn't check the changing rooms so you're on your own there. However, considering everything else I wouldn't worry to much about that.

I cannot for the life of me see why anyone would employ this type of person to work in this type of environment. My daughter, touched a remote control on a table which had a low sign on it that read, do not touch, ask for assistance. Not seeing the sign, she did what any child would do upon seeing remote toys left openly available out on a table. She picked up the remote and pressed a button which beeped. Immediately I directed her to put down the remote control but before she could put it down the disrespectful "woman" shouted from across the store, "DON'T TOUCH THAT, CAN'T YOU READ!" she approached us angrily and aggressively. I informed her my daughter had already put the controller down and then questioned the saleswoman if she had really asked me, if I knew how to read, she then told me I should "learn how to control my child."I began to leave with my daughter and called her by her name, the woman then felt it was necessary to mimic me, addressing my daughter by name, telling her she shouldn't touch things. The entire experience in this store was terrible, we were never greeted, and were mocked as we left with one of those sarcastic, "Have a nice day!" that we've all experienced. What type of management decides to leave a table of RC toys unattended in a corner out of sight from the register and expect children not to touch it? I have never been to a terrible toy store until today. Do not support this store.

I really want this to be a higher review but there are a few problems…read more I like Cargo Largo and really enjoy digging around. I think some prices are good but others aren't that great so you have to be ready to spend some time looking. It's just not very organized. Maybe they try but it's not. But when you run across something you really want, that's fun! One huge issue is no dressing rooms. They say you can return but it's about a 40 minute drive for me each way so it would be much better if I could try on before I buy. The last time I was there, I literally got in the corner of the store and tried on everything over my clothes and my partner took a photo so I could get an idea of what it looked like on me even with my clothes underneath. I got paranoid at one point because they have a lot of plain clothed security in there and I was worried they might think I was up to something but I was rather conspicuous so I'd be a really stupid criminal. Lol BUT, I liked everything I tried on so that's a positive for Cargo Largo! I also had an item in my cart with a red sticker on it as a markdown. The item was still about $30 but it rang up for over almost at $50. The guy ringing me up looked it up by the date they received it (May of 2025) and said the price on the ticket was wrong so he called over the manager. At first she told me she wouldn't honor the price on the ticket but then she said she would. I thanked her and I got the idea she really had to go by this date system but that's not cool. If you make an error, you should honor the price. And you've had the item in your store for 5 months so reducing it $15 to sell it isn't crazy. Again, in the end I got it for that price and I appreciate the manager's help, but it was a bit embarrassing having to feel like I'm haggling when the tag clearly stated that price. If it weren't for that incident, the lack of dressing rooms, and the intimidating presence of the security (you can definitely spot them even in plain clothes), I would rate them higher. I'll still go back because I do find cute things there.
