I found parking to be relatively easy and walking in the place has an inviting atmosphere. I mention that because I've been in other Marshalls before where I left feeling depressed. I like the larger open-air environment but enough distractions to keep my subconscious engaged. As for the employees, I found them helpful, personable and were able to check me in and out relatively quickly. As for the clothes selection they had a decent supply of mid-level name brand along with some harder to find selections. Since I'm writing this at the end of May, obviously their focus isn't on fall or winter which was perfect. I actually applaud their effort to keep most of the clothes in logical order, in that there weren't too many clothes that were shoved in a spot by lazy shoppers. They have many sizes and selections in men's and women's as I noticed while I was shopping with my two teenage girls. That said from a teenage perspective my girls weren't too impressed with the styles provided in clothes and my youngest wanted makeup but didn't find anything to her liking. I'm just conveying her thoughts for the younger crowd. Marshalls is clean and has decent prices and they maintain a very safe and comfortable shopping experience. I suggest coming in for all clothing needs and walking around for a bit to see if anything else grabs your fancy. I didn't check the changing rooms so you're on your own there. However, considering everything else I wouldn't worry to much about that.

Then I noticed the layout of the store. It was beautifully laid out. Very clean and organized. I shopped through the entire store, checked out every department and was impressed with how well the store is kept.

I work in sales…read moreand would never in a million years speak to any customer the way I was spoken to, by whom I can only assume was an owner of the store. I cannot for the life of me see why anyone would employ this type of person to work in this type of environment. My daughter, touched a remote control on a table which had a low sign on it that read, do not touch, ask for assistance. Not seeing the sign, she did what any child would do upon seeing remote toys left openly available out on a table. She picked up the remote and pressed a button which beeped. Immediately I directed her to put down the remote control but before she could put it down the disrespectful "woman" shouted from across the store, "DON'T TOUCH THAT, CAN'T YOU READ!" she approached us angrily and aggressively. I informed her my daughter had already put the controller down and then questioned the saleswoman if she had really asked me, if I knew how to read, she then told me I should "learn how to control my child."I began to leave with my daughter and called her by her name, the woman then felt it was necessary to mimic me, addressing my daughter by name, telling her she shouldn't touch things. The entire experience in this store was terrible, we were never greeted, and were mocked as we left with one of those sarcastic, "Have a nice day!" that we've all experienced. What type of management decides to leave a table of RC toys unattended in a corner out of sight from the register and expect children not to touch it? I have never been to a terrible toy store until today. Do not support this store.

The items are discounted and most things are really good quality. Last time I was there we got a 25 lb kettlebell for $20, some named brand face cream that was $4, and my husband got some Monster headphones he was really excited about for $40. Unfortunately when we got back to our family's house only one headphone worked. We took it back and I was pleasantly surprised that the return process was seamless. We will continue to go back when we are in town and see what deals we can find.

I really want this to be a higher review but there are a few problems…read more I like Cargo Largo and really enjoy digging around. I think some prices are good but others aren't that great so you have to be ready to spend some time looking. It's just not very organized. Maybe they try but it's not. But when you run across something you really want, that's fun! One huge issue is no dressing rooms. They say you can return but it's about a 40 minute drive for me each way so it would be much better if I could try on before I buy. The last time I was there, I literally got in the corner of the store and tried on everything over my clothes and my partner took a photo so I could get an idea of what it looked like on me even with my clothes underneath. I got paranoid at one point because they have a lot of plain clothed security in there and I was worried they might think I was up to something but I was rather conspicuous so I'd be a really stupid criminal. Lol BUT, I liked everything I tried on so that's a positive for Cargo Largo! I also had an item in my cart with a red sticker on it as a markdown. The item was still about $30 but it rang up for over almost at $50. The guy ringing me up looked it up by the date they received it (May of 2025) and said the price on the ticket was wrong so he called over the manager. At first she told me she wouldn't honor the price on the ticket but then she said she would. I thanked her and I got the idea she really had to go by this date system but that's not cool. If you make an error, you should honor the price. And you've had the item in your store for 5 months so reducing it $15 to sell it isn't crazy. Again, in the end I got it for that price and I appreciate the manager's help, but it was a bit embarrassing having to feel like I'm haggling when the tag clearly stated that price. If it weren't for that incident, the lack of dressing rooms, and the intimidating presence of the security (you can definitely spot them even in plain clothes), I would rate them higher. I'll still go back because I do find cute things there.
