Shopping at the last minute for a gift for my brother-in-law, I stopped at my local "Kohl's" store on Antelope Blvd. and purchased a Levi shirt. While being processed thru the check stand the clerk suggested I apply for a Kohl's card, saying my final sale price would be reduced by 20%, even if denied. I informed the clerk I was in negotiations regarding a past due account and I most assuredly would be declined. I WAS DENIED but received my price reduction as stated! I went off on what I thought was my merry way. Approximately a month later I received via my mail a demand for payment regarding a theft that occurred on the same day I purchased my gift. After several attempts to reconcile this "coincidence," even going so far as to file a police report as suggested by their Loss Prevention, who claimed this was the only way to resolve this issue, today I received yet another "Demand for Payment!" Several phone calls later I am at my wits end. I suppose a counter claim may be the only means of resolution and clearing this false allegation. Why someone won't take the time to review the video of that days activities beats me. Such a simple solution. This is my reputation and it's that that is most important. Seems so easy a resolution. Wosre customer service ever. Prices are to high and they really rip you off. Went in tonight waited 15 minutes to make a return then with me not having my receipt they offered me $7.99 for something I paid $30 for no thank you. Not my fault you sold me a picture frame that was already broken. I just misplaced my receipt. Also had to wait over 15 mins for the girl to come back with the key to get the headphones I was going to purchase. Won't be going back her for awhile. read more

Awful Customer service all around. Even Corporate number gave no help and maintained bad customer service. Would not recommend shopping here unless you never plan on exchanging the item. Would only exchange for 2/3rd of the price I paid. Even with receipt. And when I reached out to corporate for help they pushed me in the direction of Paying off my credit card with them and closing my account. I absolutely love this Kohl's! Store is always clean. The associates go above and beyond to see that the customer is 100% satisfied! Kohl's coupons and Kohl's cash are unlike any other retailers. Kohl's allows you to stack so many coupons on top of each other, that you practically always leave having saved tons of money! If I can't find something I need in the store, I use the online ordering kiosks inside the store and I never get charged shipping! The quality of the merchandise is second to none. I really like the fact that I don't have to travel to any malls with Kohl's Antelope being super close by! This store ROCKS! This store is a lot bigger than the one I'm used to. The selection is a larger span of things and the customer service has more staff, but because they have to. I went in at night so it was pretty quiet. They don't have a large choice for comforters though :( read more

I honestly wish I could give a zero star. I use to work for kohl's for 2 years, so i know a lot of things. I go in to pay my bill while i was waiting in line the employee was rude to the first customer, the customer asked about how she gets the transaction rewards on her card and the employee said she really didn't know so she calls me up, I ask the employee to look my card because I didn't have it with me the employee quickly said they could not do so because it's my private information, I then told the employee we could and i do it all the time the employee quickly said she has worked here since 2007 I know we can not do that and she gave me a rude look. so I walked to the other side of the store and paid it on that side. safe to say I will not go to this kohl's again. read more

I ordered online for a better price and because I couldn't find what I wanted in the store. Never ever again! The girls here are so rude! When I finally found customer (dis) service, which could have been nicely pointed out to me, it took forever to get my order, one of them damn near plowed right into me, and then after my order was finally checked in the computer it was shoved at me in my face. There were separate lines for pickups and returns but that didn't seem to matter to anyone. I hate this overpriced chain anyway, but this was awful. I'll stick with jcpenney. We purchased a stone end table and discovered over a month later that the base was cracked in 2 places. We had never noticed until I was on the ground & saw the cracks. We returned it today and had the best service! First, there was Sarah, who is a true asset for Kohl's. Personable, listens well, and is a great problem solver. She was concerned when I purchased the replacement item, she wanted to make sure I did not pay more for the item, so she contacted her boss. Store Manager Robert was also terrific. He asked if the table was heavy, and wanted to make sure we didn't have to come back into the store unnecessarily. In addition, he assisted us in buying it at the Kiosk & gave us Kohl's bucks to use. What a difference. My husband has had 2 experiences returning merchandise with me in the last few months. This one & Walmart. This was an A+ & Walmart was an F and we refuse to shop there. I stood in line for 15 minutes to exchange 3 shirts for a different size and the old lady said I could go grab them but have to get back in line because she won't wait, cool no problem that's understandable so I grab the new shirts hop back in line and wait another 15 min which is no problem after being in the military 9 years lol When it's my turn again she says I'm closed now go to the other register so I do, then she assumed I had cut everyone to get there and told me to go to the end of the line again, i tried to stay calm with her while she continues to argue with me in front of everyone to go to the end of the line before finally someone in line tells her I had already been waiting in line and I was next so she mumbles something and walks away. read more

The people that work in this store are so rude its unbelievable, I was going to buy a new pair of gym shoes but found that all of the shoes have security things where the laces go, causing you to not be able to 1 see if the shoe fits, 2 Even lace it up,3 or think of trying it on. So me being me asked the shoe guy if he could remove it so I can try it on.. Needless to say... it was not worth his time. I made sure to let his manager know too. Kohl's is very convenient and they now take Amazon packages. Decent clothes at a bargain price. Returns are very easy. Plenty of parking.

I used to shop here when Kohl's first opened when they had young and energetic employees. Over the years it has turned into a dump. It's never merchandised nicely, employees always seem tired and irritable. Went into the store to apply and the manager basically didn't give me the job. I assume it was because I was 18 and I noticed the employees working there are at least 28 and up. Haven't stepped in the store since and probably never will again Also I work at Macys now which is a plus in my opinion read more

My girlfriend gets coupons and discounts in the mail and she drags me here every time she has an urge to go shopping. The store is actually nice and clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I don't mind it as much when my girlfriend forces me to come with here. read more

10 dollar Kohl's cash!!! YeaHhh! I like this place, it closes at 11pm on certain days which is pretty dope! Check the clearance sections, it has a great selection of items. I have not always been a big fan of Kohl's but my last visit on 05/26/17 changed my opinion. Not only did they have a great sale and selection (Home and Women) but also all the associates I encountered were very nice and helpful. Although, there was a line at the checkout (like most busy stores) Monica B (2880XXX) handled it like a PRO! She took care of her customers with a care and concern, friendly, upbeat asking if I wanted to open an account and thanking me for shopping. I will definitely be coming back. read more

I only had to explain what was wrong once and she knew exactly what to do. . And she didn't get mad when I was trying to tell her she missed something, even though I was just impatient and she already knew what she was doing.. This store is great when there are items on sale. You can find the most unique items for your home or to wear. The staff members are very helpful when you can find them. I had to go to the cashier to ask questions about items in the floor or where to find products. The main draw back is the store appears to be short staff. I was far for impressed with the customer service. I had a coupon for 15% off for back to school. It exposes on 8/16/15. The lady scanned it and said it no longer works and the only way I can get a discount is to sign up for a credit card. I told her I wasn't interested. I guess it depends on when you get to the store regarding customer service. Every time I've been to this store the customer service is beyond outstanding. The store in clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly. One time I went to purchase an espresso machine which was out of stock and had to be ordered online. They have little kiosks(not sure what else to call them) where you put in your information. The sales lady did it all for me and ran around finding coupons which she stacked on top on each other. I came out of there with a 14k gold heart pendant and chain, an espresso maker, a shirt, and a few other items for under $100. I think it got a 40% off coupon(on top of the sales prices already) and then a $15 off coupon both of which she had behind the sales counter. As I was looking through the jewelry I couldn't find anything that fit with what i was looking for. After talking to her while looking she pulled out a heart pendant and it was exactly what I wanted. I will NEVER shop @ this Kohl's Store again. I have always received great Customer Service @ Kohls. But this store is different!!! They will not use common sense and proper Customer Service when dealing with customers. I have never been more hassled in my life trying to perform a return. There was a $2.00 difference & the Manager has decided that using proper judgment & doing a little work for a loyal customer was not worth it. So they have lost this customer forever. The stores are boring, the colors are bland, and I have been very disappointed in their pricing and selection, and now, customer service. And then today- STUNNED!! I too have been to this store. It has been awhile because of the long lines and no help on the floor. The one time I did, finally, what I wanted was out of stock. A little rant about how much I hate kohls here in antelope. So my brothers went to kohls to buy some school clothes, as my mother is sick and wasn't feeling up to the trip she gave them her debit card and let them go. My brothers go to buy the clothes and the cashier asks for his i.d. Even though my brother & my mom have the same last name on the card she says he couldn't buy it but says she'll put them on hold. First of all every single time I go there I use my debit card, & they NEVER ask for my i.d. So they go home and tell my mom. So my mom and dad go to kohls even though shes sick, they go to customer service to pick up the clothes and buy them when they are told there are no clothes back there on hold, & whoever said that shouldn't have said that. (Perhaps your employees should be better trained). Then they talk to the cashier who told my brothers this then she says in a rude ass voice "I definitely put them back there" and my mother says they've already been back there & they said they don't have it. The cashier doesn't even offer to go look for them herself but instead stands there doing nothing. So my parents leave the store while the lady says"wait, you don't even wanna buy them?" NO BITCH. I went into this store with high spirits, just a normal day. I had oral surgery so my face was puffy and a little bruised, no big deal I did not put on makeup and put my hair in bun. I went in there got a few things in my cart and was going up to the cash register, The cashier has already judged me,( I saw it all over her face ) I asked her if I could purchase the rice cooker that was on display I brought it with me just in case she said it was ok( so now she really can't stand me) so as I'am loading the rest of the items on the counter I have my coupons in my hand The cashier blurts out to me Im going to burst your bubble again that coupon isnt good until tomorrow. I said I can't use the $10 mothers day one she says oh yeah yeah that one I thought you were going to use the percentage one. So I stated oh you wont honor that one? No no no. So i took out my 15% card and she took it. I said can I have that back she said no no you do not get this back, i said they give this back to me everytime she said they shouldn't have. So i asked for my card back and left the items. I habe been going to khols alot and never have I been judged, disrespected, or bullied in this store this lady was awful and I hope she has better days ......I wish I got her name but I was caught off guard with her judgmental attitude. read more
