We were fine with outdoor seating so were seated right away. Service was friendly and attentive. Our cocktails were amazing- great flavors without being too sweet and just the right amount of booze. We got the duck lettuce wraps and the Hanoi nem rolls for appetizers. I had the Thai noodles and my husband had the salmon. Both were delicious and we ate our entire plates! Everything was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor and we can't wait to come back again.

I especially liked the freshness of the vegetable ingredients in the bibimbap. I also liked the four banchan, including bean sprouts, lettuce kimchi, spicy zucchini, and broccoli. The ramyun noodles were chewy, and the broth had just the right amount of spiciness. The portions were moderate, and the service was, well, serviceable. It appeared that the restaurant is run by a two-person couple team. Things were busy during the lunch hour, so I didn't get a smile out of the staff or any water refilling. But the food was more than adequate. The menu is quite broad with Korean, Japanese, and Thai options.

I got the spicy ramen and my partner got the chicken non spicy one, please refer to pics as I forgot the name... highly recommend getting the chicken ramen, the broth is light and savory, additionally lots of protein and veggies to make it the perfect ramen bowl. The spicy ramen was okay, I love spice but this one was a bit starchy as if too much starch was used to thicken the broth. The noodles were also way too soft; and there's very little protein. I got beansprout as an add on and that was $2; a bit much if added onto the bowl.

It's a small eatery; you order at the counter, and they bring the food to you. We had the kuyteav beef soup, shared the stir-fried kuyteav with seafood (aka meekatang), and the beef sticks. The soup was flavorful; you can taste the depth of simmering bones and aromatics. It's liquid gold! But it could've come with more beef. The stir-fried noodles were good too; a little dry for me; it could've used more gravy. But the beef sticks were the bomb! You can taste the lemongrass paste (kroeung); it's savory and full of umami.

The very kind cook, Massey, said she could make anything on the menu gluten-free. (I think there might have been an exception of Korean dishes that were marinated.) We shared an excellent chicken noodle soup; it had thin rice noodles and a very clean, clear broth, not oily. I'm accustomed to Vietnamese broths that have a lot more aromatics, but the simplicity of this was wonderful. The fried chicken was cut in small, bone-in pieces, with a mild flavor and served with papaya salad. Massey is a character and she knows how to cook.
