The food is outstanding and the service is great. Friendly and helpful. It is a bit tough to find. Pay attention. It's in a nook sort of in a plaza.

Loved this place! It was within walking distance of our hotel and I wish we were here longer so we could come back again! The service was quick, attentive and very polite. The cardamom latté with Oatmilk was so good and the overnight oats and avocado toast were superb and so pretty! We ate in and the atmosphere was 10/10 -would recommend and will be back the next time we're in Vancouver!

Good food at a great price. We decided to check this place out before we fly back home. Very close to our hotel and we are glad we did. The food is really good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is small, sits about 20 people but the kitchen and staff are quick. Can't go wrong with having brunch or breakfast here.

I ordered hot latte and it came out alright. Latte art wasn't done right but I appreciated the effort. Coffee shop set up was cute and cozy. Staff was also friendly.

Conveniently located coffee house that we stopped into for coffee and breakfast. Delicious!

Classic Breakfast - loved how they offered avocado or bacon or both

Great brunch to round off an epic adventure to see The Rolling Stones and Sea to Sky Gondola. Loved this little hole in the wall that I would prefer to say Upscale Hidden Gem or boutique chic breakfast. Super healthy and balanced. Recommended by fellow travelers at Riley's last night. Sweet or savory, something for everyone!!

Called classic breakfast - was delicious.

Called classic breakfast - was delicious. The sourdough tasted like authentic homemade bread - not like something they bought in a store. Definitely a wonderful hidden spot!

Avocado toast - $6.75 (you can add a poached egg for an additional charge of you wish)

4.5 stars I love this independent store, the vibe and the treats (excellent looking and fresh baked goods). They no longer serve 49th parallel coffee. I just had a regular drip coffee and found it to be more bitter than I prefer. Avocado toast was tasty, the sourdough bread it came on was fabulous. A relatively small portion for the price but probably on par with places nearby. It is pretty small - around six small tables. It is quite busy with a pretty steady stream of regular clientele. The staff are friendly and the service is good. If you're looking for independent coffee in this area this is probably your best bet, enjoy!

Small portions and mediocre flavor. Don't buy the orange juice you get two sips. The matcha was also just ok. Wouldn't return.

I think it was one of those Cherry Blossom Food Festivals that brought this place to my attention…read moreabout a year or two ago. Been wanting to try it for awhile and now I finally have. We ordered the following: Tiramisu Latte Caprese Bite London Fog Apple Cookie Cherry Matcha Tonic Tiramisu Sea Salt Caramel Gelato The Cherry Matcha Tonic was pretty but wasn't too crazy about the flavor. I should have just gone with my original gut instinct and chosen a hot beverage like Hojicha Latte or something like that. I was sort of thirsting for something cooler for a change though, and the Cherry Matcha Tonic was the first "cool" drink that caught my eye so I decided to go for it. Won't do that again. Everything else was good though. The Sea Salt Caramel Gelato was the star of the show! In the store there's a sign beneath their gelato section that says "Canadian Gelato Champion". I believe it after tasting the Sea Salt Caramel! They had Nama Chocolates too. I was tempted to get some but...only so much a person's wallet and waistline can handle at one time. Will try the Nama Chocolate some other time. You can order in person here, or you can place an "Express" order at the Kiosk. We tried both ways of ordering. Ordered at the counter first and then after finished my Cherry Matcha Tonic decided I wanted to try the Sea Salt Gelato so then tried ordering that from the Kiosk. Most of the parking in this area is paid but I lucked out and got a free spot right around the corner from this place!

I could tell even from outside that it's a popular work and study type of coffee shop with your free wifi and outlets. I hope this post doesn't give it away and make it way too crowded for me to find a seat next time. There's a steady flow of people visiting the stores while I was there on a weekday between late afternoon and early evening but there's always extra seat for anyone new looking for a desk to work or chat with friends. A few could be better are the pricing and temperature. They offer free oat milk substitute and -$0.35 for bringing your own cup but no more employee discount. And it was so cold in there, I could see a lot of people kept their winter jackets on, I don't think it's a heating issue but the constant windy seems to suggest the AC is on rather than the heater, oh wells Im out of there now. For that reason, unless I'm bundled up, it'll be a hard sale to be back again! I got a hojicha latte and it as pretty good, perfect sweetness and temperature for my cold with no ice. The barista was super great to work with.

Parking can be a bit tricky -- if you're lucky, you might find street parking right out front. With limited space inside, expect a line outside if there are more than a few people ahead of you. We ordered the Earl Grey Matcha, Earl Grey Flat White, and a Pastéis de Nata. The drinks took about five minutes to prepare, and the staff worked efficiently. Their menu seems to rotate seasonally, so you might find limited-time or specialty flavors depending on when you visit. As for the drinks, they were just okay in my opinion. The flat white was quite strong, and while it included Earl Grey syrup, the flavor didn't come through as clearly as expected. The Pastéis de Nata was decent -- not too sweet, but a bit dense. Overall, prices are reasonable for what you get. Worth a visit if you're curious about their seasonal offerings.

My sister talked up their frozen matcha here and it delivered! I got the frozen matcha that they are known for and I added a little of the passion fruit syrup which is actual fruit. This was excellent. They also do the traditional strawberry as well. They also had the best cardamom bun I've ever had. Truly a must visit if you live here or you're visiting. The way they do the frozen matcha is amazing. Truly epic.

The only good frosted donut I have ever eaten with complete wonderment. (Actually, I have not had that many good donuts in over 72 years of donut eating. Brownie points for convenience. My husband ordered a double espresso and in true men's fashion claimed it to be "solid". I ordered the maple sea salt shaken espresso and it was *chefs kiss*. If you are a sweet and salty lover, get it! It won't disappoint you. We also ordered the Doug sandwich and the Avo sandwich. Don't let the looks fool you as the sandwiches' appearances fall kind of short. However, both sandwiches were delicious. Starbucks could never. ‍ The Doug Sandwich - a full bodied sandwich consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and tarragon aioli. I thought this sandwich would be too heavy, but the brioche bun is light and the scrambled eggs are really fluffy. The Avo Sandwich - a lighter sandwich featuring fried egg, avocado, cheddar cheese, sun dried tomato pesto, tarragon aioli and mixed greens. Also a good choice! The cafe was clean and they have a water dispenser available for customers. Service was ok, but I think they were just a bit busy.
