I had another company who dug up the backflow valve and showed that rainpros disconnected half my irrigation system and were clearly responsible. Now I am waiting on Tim Buiten to grow a spine take fault, instead of just my money. Don't let this shady company take your money. Their pricing was very much on par with the other companies I met - for that large service, as well as ongoing bi-weekly yard care. They were on time, responsive via text when confirming the verbal quote and providing additional pricing details, and overall very kind, transparent, and fair throughout the process. I changed dinner plans to celebrate my birthday to accommodate them because I really need the work done in my yard and they brushed it off like the appointment was no big deal to them.
