    Vegetarian burrito

I ordered a sushi burrito to pick up on my way to the airport to avoid airport food. It looked really good and overall was alright. The mango and avocado complimented each other well and the gingery sauce tasted great. It was listed as having tofu but there was no tofu. Which was really disappointing since that meant it was just veggies and not as filling. There was also a random huge piece of broccoli in the middle that felt kind of like filler. Probably wouldn't get again but was likely better than anything I could have gotten at the airport.

For such a small space, Kobe gives you many options. I think last night, every person in our group of 7 ordered something there, with varieties ranging from a hibachi meal to appetizers, to salads, to rolls. I think everyone got their meal within about 10 minutes. I started with vegetable gyoza, which has enough to share, followed by the hibachi salmon dinner, which is a lot of food, including freshly cooked vegetables, some noodles and rice. The sushi burrito looks interesting too. You get very friendly service from behind the counter too. This place is another feather in Galleria 7's cap.

Tasty poke bowls and hibachi combos make for a relatively inexpensive and satisfying lunch. All the bowls are under $15. Certainly worthy of lunch consideration, especially if you need a quick bite without skimping on quality. Look for it in Galleria 7 market food hall.

BYO sushi burrito: brown rice, ginger, cucumber, tofu, avocado, broccoli, cucumber & crunchy tempura.

Two words: sushi burrito. Just do it. Thank me later. I am a changed woman. Pink ginger = fresh ginger, & my oh my was the ginger pink at Kobe Hibachi!

Kobe Hibachi fills a much-needed niche in the Albany area. The menu offers a good variety of different combinations. Tuna Sushiritto- Compared to Sushirittos on the west coast, this sushiritto is very plain and lacks seasoning. But since this is upstate New York, any sushiritto is a novelty. The ingredients were very fresh and the portion size was good. Overall, I'd recommend if you're in the mood for a sushiritto but don't expect it to be like the ones from the west coast.

A sushi burrito is something that I've seen, heard about, but never had an opportunity to try. When I saw that Kobe Hibachi had one on the menu, I had to check it out and I was NOT disappointed! The sushi burrito was everything I imagined and more. It was full of flavors and textures and it didn't take long to get to my plate after placing my order. Another thing I like about this place is that you can see them prepare your food right in front of you.

Not bad for a food court-esque hibachi place! The menu is pretty limited but it is really aimed toward those who want a fairly quick and decent meal, as I assume many people who work at the offices nearby stop in frequently. The prices are a little higher than what I expected to pay for a food court meal and the portion was just right for me although my friend would not say the same. I had the hibachi salmon which included fried rice, sautéed vegetables, white rice, a creamy orange colored dipping sauce. It tasted similar to mayo but less thick in consistency....I would've preferred a ginger sauce or horseradish sauce instead. The vegetables were also cooked very lightly and could've used more flavor. The salmon was the highlight as it was complimented by the semi-sweet, brown glaze. I saw others enjoying their hibachi meal in their neat to-go box which it is served in whether or not you are dining in or taking it home. I really wanted to try the hibachi steak but not totally sure if I'd get it because it looked just like thin sliced beef...not what you'd normally get on your plate when you goto a hibachi restaurant. Overall seems like a good place to fulfill a hibachi craving if you're not looking for the show or if you are on the way back to the office!

Fresh hibachi within minutes. No frills, just thrills on your tastebuds. Kobe will provide you the great tasting hibachi you always wanted without the repetitive show you see at all other Japanese Steakhouses. A concise menu ensures quality food every time. I order the Hibachi Steak and Shrimp every time I go. The ginger sauce is delicious and the fried rice is addicting. Kobe is definitely a must try at the Galleria.

Great hibachi lunch special, hand wrapped spring rolls, and sushi as quick service. Might be my new favorite restaurant! It's tucked back off Troy Schenectady Rd in Latham in the Galleria 7 Market along with a wood fired pizza place, a thai rolled ice cream place, salads, smoothies, and a Hooked, the fresh fish and seafood restaurant and shop.

Another addition to the food court at Galleria7! We ordered the chicken and steak hibachi. The fried rice was quite delicious. The meat was a little tough. The vegetables were ok. Seaweed salad was $5 and that was the star of the meal for me, it was delicious! Overall portions of meat and veggies seemed small for $13 but a nice option if you want to get hibachi takeout.
