I am not new to acupuncture by any stretch, but in the intake interview Amy asked me some very personal questions that did not relate to anything about my treatment needs, but I tried to go with the flow. She recommended some books and we had a very good conversation, but then the needles started to go in. Amy puts the needles in VERY deep, which I have learned through the years is simply not necessary 90% of the time. At one point, she put a needle in my upper left shin (lateral aspect). It was immediately on fire but I tried to breathe through it. Next up, the needles went in my ears. She put one into my left ear and I started shouting, "Ow! Ow!" She almost seemed to enjoy this because she just twisted the needle in as I shouted. By the end of the session, the lower half of my left leg was completely numb, my ear was throbbing, and I was trying to focus on staying calm. I did reschedule another appt at first, but cancelled it a few days later because my lower left leg and ear were STILL bothering me and because I just didn't want to endure another session. She has a lot of knowledge but uses a very old, American-style of acupuncture that I realize is the cause of so many people being turned off by this ancient practice. I ended up getting two appointments at another clinic and had a much, much better experience.

I came back to acupuncture after having a miscarriage to heal and hopefully get pregnant again in February of 2025. Christina talked me through everything - supplements, acupuncture cadence and benefits of cupping and infared sauna. I took the supplements as directed and came in 8x a month, with occasional adjustments to my membership. I will never forget joining in a sound bath at Vitality Wellness in the first month and laying underneath the wall of babies Christina helped bring to this world. I prayed I would have a little one of my own to join the wall. By June of 2025 I was pregnant! And came in regularly every month to be supported by acupuncture and cupping. I was a high risk pregnancy due to preexisting conditions but my little girl and I were completely healthy throughout the entire process. She was welcomed into the world in February of 2026 - exactly 1 year after I started my journey again back at Vitality Wellness. Postpartum I have felt amazing and continue to see Christina. I genuinely attribute the investment into my mental and physical well being was a huge factor in my successful and healthy pregnancy and birth. Thank you so much for all of your support, Christina. I'm so grateful my little one is officially on the wall of babies!

They have created a very warm, welcoming and clean space to start your journey. Christina is very knowledgeable and listens closely to her patients, providing the best care possible. I started seeing Christina for a few reasons. The main reason was stress and sleep. After one session I felt a positive difference. Now, a few sessions in, I feel a huge change. The positive change is so great that even my husband noticed! I feel the effects of stress less, I am sleeping better and overall feel amazing and balanced! It's like a switch was flipped. Christina has helped me regain my footing and I will continue to move forward in healing with Vitality Wellness!

I did not receive an abdominal diagnosis or a personalized treatment plan and a strategy that addresses diet, lifestyle, and chinese medicine recommendations. I felt really rushed and I've never had an acupuncture session where the practitioner sat in the room with me after the needles were in to talk to me. I also felt like the practitioner rushed the needles on me, they all were painful going in and that isn't my experience with others. For $205 I expected more care and attention and it almost feels like the business is only in this for the money and are taking advantage of women like me who are really looking for help. I also don't understand why follow-up acupuncture treatments in the 5 session package are $125 per session for 30 mins and then an additional fee for Celluma as an add-on; here is where I feel like the business is overcharging and taking advantage. Needless to say, I will not be returning as I don't feel I was serviced to what your website states. Thank you for seeing me for the 40 mins I was in office. Website listing: Initial visits are 75 mins and include: Complete review of medical health history and chief complaint Pulse and abdominal diagnosis Personalized treatment plan and a strategy that addresses diet, lifestyle, and Chinese medicine recommendations Includes 30 minutes of acupuncture

After the first acupuncture treatment I felt immediate relief. My regular doctors wanted to prescribe muscle relaxers and pain medication to treat me. I wanted an alternative method to treat the causes rather than symptoms. Dr. Li provided exactly that! Dr. Li is a humble, honest, and talented doctor. His care for patients is evident and I felt very comfortable and peaceful in his presence. From our first consultation I knew right away I was in the right office with the right medical professional. His bedside manner is caring and empathetic. I will continue to visit Dr. Li as I feel very blessed to have found comfort and relief during these stressful times. His rates are unbeatable and according to his level of experience and education he could be charging a lot more. Please do yourself a favor and visit his website and read for yourself about Dr. Li. Knowing most prescription…read moremedications have side effects, I opted for all OTC ointments I can find, and none helped. Then, looking at local reviews on Yelp, I stumbled on Lee's Herbs Acupuncture. Dr. Li was prompted in returning my initial phone call to discuss my symptoms and I was able to set up an appointment next day. Upon examining my skin, it was determined I have allergies to certain food I eat. My work-related stress level was also a main contributor to the severity of my problems. With no other alternatives, I decided to try acupuncture and drink Chinese herbal tea for the first time. I took the opportunity of my weekly acupuncture sessions to relax and clear my mind. Drinking the herbal tea daily, on the other hand, was not a pleasant experience even though it helped my issues tremendously. By adding honey as Dr. Li suggested made it bearable. In addition to giving up seafood and spicy foods, I also started using baby shampoo/lotion since most adult beauty products contain harmful chemicals. Five months after my treatment, I am happy to say the symptoms have cleared and I am better at managing my stress level. Dr. Li has an amicable bedside manner. I love the fact that he is patient and willing to listen. Never once did I feel rushed. After the treatments I received, I understand why people from out of state to seek his help. I referred two of my friends to Dr. Li. They are still under his care. I must mention Dr. Li does not working with any insurance company since none will accept his claims. Therefore, the cost may be high depending on the treatment. As of Fall of 2021, he no longer has Sunday appointments. The office is located in a busy commercial/residential area. Street parking is the only option. Keep that in mind when booking your appointment.
