If you're in the triangle area and you are seeking some fun, don't head to a skating rink, drive pass the movie theater and head towards KnockerBall! This was so much fun! KnockerBall is so much fun. You get inside of these huge plastic balls that are filled with air. You are well surrounded by loads of padding. Imagine holding up a shield that covers your whole body. Its clear so you can see straight through it. There is these cool seat belt straps that hold you in place. They have different size balls for kids and adults. The workers that oversaw our game time were good. They did a good job making sure everyone was safe and sound. They played music for us as well and they even gave us bottled waters during our break. Here is a few tips: Wear workout cloths if you can. You will work up a good sweat inside of the ball as it gets warm. Also you want to be able to run and move freely so don't wear your skinny jeans that all tight and form fitted lol. I would also advise you to go with a group of your friends. Knockerball review I experienced a major injury (ruptured Achilles' tendon) at this facility and reached out to management to let them know what happened and perhaps suggest their young staff be trained a little on what to do in case of emergency. At the time of my injury, the staff kinda stared at me roll around in pain but didn't stop the game or call for mall security/help or anything. Didn't ask me if I was even ok. That was about 3 wks ago and to date, I've heard nothing back from the management. Accidents happen but from a customer service perspective, this has been a terrible experience. So be warned, once you sign the waiver, they will not care what happens to you! read more

Stopped by while shopping. My very large 19 year old son has autism and he loves big sensory balls. He didn't quite understand what to do. The young man working couldn't have been nicer. We came across this place on Groupon and thought it would a fun new experience. We bought the groupon for 4 people to play for 15 min. We used the groupon on a Sunday around 5 pm. No reservation is needed unless you are hosting an event. Finding the place was a little difficult since google maps sends you to a different location. We ended up calling and the employee we spoke to directed us to the correct location. It is located right near Dave and Busters. When we arrived, the room was empty except for one employee. He accepted the groupon and showed us how to sign the waivers. Once we were all ready and set our things outside the play area, the employee helped us get into the balls. It definitely was a unique, exhausting, and fun experience. We started by just running into each other. It is very easy to knock down others and to fall over. At first it was easy to get back up but it gets more difficult as you fatigue. After running into each other a few times, we decided to play soccer. They already had a soccer ball out with two goals. The game was fun, more people I think would have been better. We had to be a little careful since it is easy to get hurt, especially if you get hit unexpectedly. We quickly became tired and sweaty so we ended up leaving before the 15 minutes were up. I do wish there was more structure and supervision. Often during our game the ball left the play area and rolled into the rest of the mall. Someone else walking through the mall or others waiting to play knockerball would throw the ball back to us. Either that opening where the ball can roll out should be blocked temporarily while playing soccer or an employee should be watching and running the game. Overall, we did enjoy the game and the employee working was friendly and helpful (he took pictures for us). The straps do rub your shoulders and the ball rubs against your legs so be sure to wear a t-shirt and comfortable long shorts. I wore a tank top and now have bruises/friction burns on my shoulders. Also bring water so that you can rehydrate afterwards since you will break a sweat. We will likely not return but did enjoy the experience. read more

The party service and care that I received from Triangle Knockerball was both atrocious and nothing short of poorly run, complete lack of organization, and waste or time and money. Here I will list the details of my experience with this company in hopes of helping other parents understand what exactly they are getting for their money: 1. 2 - "party hosts" who could care less about your party or children because they will be too concerned with their own conversations to referee or host. They will stand against the balls and talk amongst themselves throughout your whole party, unless you get their attention. 2. A complete lack of accountability when it comes to organizning and answering your questions even after you mention that you're a "first time customer". If anything goes wrong with your party, they will make it YOUR FAULT. 3. If you want to add food to your party, either bring it or handle those details yourself. They will inform you that they work with the restaurants in the mall, but fail to disclose how to go about ordering until it too late. Then you'll have to leave your own party to look for food for your guests to eat. 4. Hire your own referee AND party hosts. The "included party hosts" will not pay attention to the kids, NOT go over Safety Measures, and NOT inform your guests of the rules. I had to make several announcements regarding playing safely. 5. Bring ice/first aid kit because they either don't have one, or won't offer one to you when your child gets hurt 6. Make sure you constantly remind the party hosts to fix/check the straps in the inflatable balls for EACH CHILD because once they are put in the ball, no security check is done. (Your children will fall completely out) 7. There is rarely a manager (someone above 17) on duty to speak with. So if there is a major issue or problem, you as the parent/customer are stuck dealing with kids who know little about your party. 8. Unless "ED" (Manager) leaves the party hosts a "note" regarding details of your request, they won't bother to confirm or check your information. 9. When you finally get in touch with Ed regarding your problems he will tell you that "Anyone walking in would pay more for the party you received and that you actually OWE HIM money" (note, I received a Groupon price for the party because that's how I learned about this company. He did not want me to book via Groupon however, because they would take their fee out.) He will also add that "no one has ever had an Issue with their party", despite negative reviews that state otherwise. 10. Neither ED, or the 2 party hosts show any compassion for Parents who book with them. They possess as complete lack of customer service and "careless attitude" toward those that have spent their money in the hopes of having a great birthday party for their child. 11. Don't be fooled by the Groupon discount. The price may be tempting, but the headache that comes with dealing with a teenager ran show is not worth it read more
