I've brought my pup in here as she continues to need some socialization and it always goes well. One time the clerks had their dog too and they became fast friends. This store really packs quite a bit into it. Of course it won't be as sizable as a Home Depot, but man oh man is the experience world's better. I found every single thing on my list which was great. It's closest size comparison to me would be the Ace in Westport, but hey guess what, you don't have to fear for your life in KC's worst intersection if you come here! It's easy to park in the lot out front, off of the always-busy 75th Street. My kids love it because they have a gumball machine, whoopie cushions, and other classics from back in the day when the world was making real attempts to be fun. The truck I rented said the tank was full, so I put gas in it after I used it for my 14 mile round trip travel thinking it would be a maximum of 2 gallons of gas. This is the second time that this company has done this …read more They had tools advertised that if the tool in purchased then you got a free battery with it. We get the item and battery, go to check out the battery isn't ringing up so they get a manager the manager goes and looks at the product and instead of honoring it, he got the product rep who then claimed that a customer moved the free battery tag. They tried to still charge us for the "free" tool. This is highly unprofessional and fraud. So don't shop at home depot in Blue Springs Mo. Zero stars

Mo is where we purchased the mower. I contacted Kobalt and received a Return Authorization and was advised to take it back to Lowe's with this Auth #. We took it back to the K.C. Lowe's (along with the Auth#K) because the battery got stuck in the mower, they advised us that we had to contact Kobalt to get our refund. Lowe's said they couldn't reach Kobalt re: our Auth #. Took mower back home. Called Kobalt back-they suggested we try another Lowe's, stating Lowe's should refund our money so we went to the one on Valley View Pkwy. Beth and Derrick were so gracious and were able to figure out how to refund our money, since all Kobalt battery mowers have been recalled. It took them awhile to figure out how to get this done but they did. They were absolutely awesome. Best customer service we have had in years!! So, if you live in the K.C. or Independence area, you'll be much happier if you shop the store on Valley View Pkwy!!

I love shopping at Lowe's they have the best flower selection. I stopped by for the free plant for…read moremoms. Very organized with simply scab your My Lowe's account bar code and pick out a plant. I wish they had a kids workshop that went with it to possibly decorate a container to put in but I see they have one next week that we will attend. Their prices are reasonable and had a great deal on Blackstone grills yesterday. Service staff are always friendly and nice but not always sure on answers to questions but they are willing to help you find out the answers.
