Then when I arrived I was told there'd be another up charge for pet hair. In total I paid almost 200 so the Groupon is misleading IMO and all they did was vacuum the car and put tire shine on the wheels. As for quality of the service? There's still dirt all over my doors, they don't dress or shine the dash/doors, they didn't even clean the interior of my tailgate, and the ketchup on seatbelt? Still there.

Look no further! If…read moreyou need an expert detailer you need look no further than Daniel at Minnesota Auto Detailing. A gentleman, and a gentle man, Daniel exceeded all expectations when he brought our 8 year old Subaru back to life, and so much so, that it looked the same as it did when we brought it home from the dealer in 2017. We needed Daniel's help because we planned either to trade it in on a new vehicle or sell it outright. At the dealership our new-car sales associate offered us $500 shy of the highest price we were hoping to get! We jumped at the opportunity, and honestly, we're still in shock!! The associate later remarked about the condition of the car and how well-maintained it was; all due to Daniel's efforts and expertise. You need look no further than Minnesota Auto Detailing.

I went in for a window tinting, to include and ceramic coating. Because they were backed up they took over 4 days for this service. Upon picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed scratches on the paint. I was slightly annoyed because they called me multiple times after the car was ready to ask when I was coming to pick it up. Only for me to see that the car was not inspected and ready to be delivered. They ended up giving me a discount to make it right and offered to redo. I accepted and was grateful for the acknowledgment. While their services may take longer than I expected, they offer a rental car or Uber service. They end result looked great however I am concerned that no paperwork work warranty is offered. They have areas of improvement for a professional business but the quality of work appears to be great. As suggestions, I would suggest a legit drop off process. When I dropped my car off, no one even asked for my name or phone number. When I picked the car up, I was told about a warranty but not given a detailed receipt or any warranty documents. I had to request this.

They used Chemical Guys products, which is a must for me, and went above and beyond by steaming the interior and meticulously cleaning every nook and corner. They even took out the spare tire for a thorough detailing! I added an engine detail, and the precision was outstanding. One of my cars is a convertible, which is tricky and time-consuming, but they handled it with expertise. I've tried other detailers before, but I often found flaws once I started using the car. This time, the work was nearly flawless. The only thing I would have liked was the use of a soft brush inside the rims, which they missed. Overall, this is the best detailing service I've experienced, and I I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to give their car a fresh, pristine look. I got the "car spa" interior service and then a normal exterior wash. The exterior wash was fine, a bit better than other auto car washes, but just a bit better. However, the interior cleaning was amazing, especially for $60ish. Sure, you can probably get a slightly better deep cleaning at a detailing service, but that will cost you $200 or more. For $60, they vacuumed everywhere, cleaned all of the seats and dashes, and made the floor mats look spotless. It was a complete transformation. And it all only took about 45 minutes (there's a great coffee shop a couple blocks away, look at my reviews for info about that while you wait).
