Set up with James to get my Suburban for detailing because I was selling it. Initially he was…read moreprompt in response and they offered to come pick up my vehicle. Got it back timely and overall it looked great just extremely "greasy", floor mats had a lot of armor all or whatever cleaner on them. Main issue came up the next day when I had a warning light come on that my front lane departure camera wasn't working. I tried diagnosing myself thinking maybe some cleaner got in the camera (one behind rearview mirror) but found nothing. Texted James the next day to see if he knew what happened and he stated it wasn't anything they did. I've had this suburban for 7yrs/114k and NEVER had this issue, so clearly was related to the detailing service. Next day took it in to Chevy dealer and after spending a day in the shop they discovered that the floorboards where still soaked from the detailing. The service advisor said they still found standing water on the floorboards so they had to pull all the mats and use fans to try and dry everything out. And the wiring harness for the camera was under there and they found the wires had corroded and shorted out causing the issue. Cost $500 in labor/diagnosing to fix. Texted James multiple times but never even responded. Told him he could even reach out to the Chevy dealer directly if he wanted to hear from them (they clearly stated this was the fault of the detailer). Texted James to even just do a half refund, which still wouldn't even come close to cover my damages but nothing. Disappointed any business owner is that eager to take our business/money but won't even respond to a complaint once it goes bad. I would strong recommend finding someone else to clean your vehicle, I would never use these guys again!

I have a 3-year-old SUV and my vehicle needed a serious cleaning inside and out. I was referred to…read morethis company by someone who has been in the car business for over 35 years. They only had a few reviews but they were all good so I decided to try them I made an appointment, dropped it off at 9 am, and after they texted to say it was ready, I picked it up at 4:30 pm. My first reaction was how beautiful it looked! Then I looked closely around the whole vehicle and saw the detailed cleaning and buffing that they did. Every inch of the body was perfect, including my trailer hitch which they removed, and cleaned, including removing all of the rust on it! Then I opened the door and when I looked inside, the interior actually looked like it did the day I brought it home from the dealership. Every inch was cleaned and shinny! I would give them a 10 of 10 stars if it was possible! I had never heard of this company before and I seldom write reviews, but being a business owner, I just want to call out a great company/service with whom I had an amazing experience. I plan on surprising my wife soon by bringing her car there to be detailed!
