Her massage was slow, firm, and deep, with a great combination of Thai massage and stretching, deep tissue, and Swedish techniques. She knew exactly when to use more or less pressure, and I especially loved the barefoot massage where she walked on my back using the bars above her. I left feeling so much better and will definitely be back to see Gigi. Highly recommend her!

This place gets busy so it's hard to get a reservation on the days I want. Anyway, I received a text message yesterday saying that they had two openings and asked if I wanted to reserve those times for today. I said yes, to reserve both times (for me and my husband). So today, I went there and felt so stupid because the receptionist told me that I didn't have a reservation. I told her I confirmed the 3:00 PM and 4:45 PM reservations. She checked and said none of them was reserved, but she did see the messages in their system. I was soooo upset! You have no idea how badly I wanted to get a massage today and they had my hopes up, I've been waiting to get an appointment. I was so embarrassed and upset, but didn't show it to the receptionist because it was pointless to get mad when they couldn't even fix their mistake! Ughh how stupid of them to miss saving two reservations in their system!! I just terminated my membership and was really hoping to use my rollover sessions before it expires.

You sit on the end of the bed and they bring a tub of warm water to soak your feet. I throw my shoes off to the side. They bring out a large cloth with ties and hold it over you so you can take your shirt off while being covered and they tie it in the back. They lower your bra straps to the side and clip your hair up starting to work your back and neck while you're sitting up soaking your feet. Once done you will lay on your back face-up with a blanket over you and washcloth to cover your eyes. They dry your feet and begin working from your head, both arms, feet, and legs. You will flip onto your stomach and they will untie the back the cloth string (to expose your back). You can take your bra off here (I usually do). They work on your back, neck, thighs, etc. Then they bring the hot stones out. They feel amazing on your back. They put the hot stones away and re-tie the cloth strings. They continue to work on your for another 5-10minutes. Once your hour is up you sit up and put your bra back on (over the cloth) Su will untie the cloth and you can pull it out from under your bra (so you are always covered). Then you but your shirt back on, shoes, jewelry, etc. Walk to the front, pay and tip generously! I've had massages $90 each and this places charges $40 plus $10 tip! (I usually tip $15-20 because Su is the best) I came multiple times before finding a masseuse I like. Keep going until you love it! All the customers in there look so relaxed and always have a smile on their face. I came here while pregnant too (you stay face up the whole time).
