Clear Image is an excellent printing company, one of the best in the business. I've been working…read morewith them since they opened their doors. I've worked with more than a dozen print shops in the Los Angeles area over the last 20+ years, from small to the biggest. I doubt you will find another printer with more combined experience and expertise in what they do. I trust them because they know printing and they care about the quality of work they do and getting it right. You won't get the "overnight printer" prices and the "templated printing" prices... this is not that type of printer. This is a printer you go to when you're looking for the best quality and attention to detail. One of the things that I appreciate most about Clear is their niche in tackling very customized jobs that other printers won't touch. Their years of experience and taking on difficult print solutions has given them the ability to troubleshoot and work on anything. They know their stuff and help me (the designer) work through all the variables that go into making sure the finest print product results. To top it off, their customer care is excellent and I've come to know many people in the company and appreciate all of their support. The owner is honest and fair and runs a tight ship. The head of the print shop and main pressman is the BEST in the business bar none. I HIGHLY recommend this print shop to anyone looking for the highest quality printing available at a reasonable price.

His previous printing…read morecompany did excellent work and, therefore, it was a no-brainer to continue to use Tony's services when Clear Image opened its doors. Since then he has increased the square footage of his shop to accommodate the latest printing and bindery equipment. While other shops have to outsource specialized finishing techniques, Clear Image does almost everything in-house which makes for a shorter production timeline. Their print and bindery work are impeccable and their customer service is personalized with every project I send their way. I implicitly trust Tony, Greg, Sammantha, and the entire Clear Image team to deliver a quality product, par excellence, every time.

Stopped by today to print something in a hurry, and these guys did not disappoint…read more First off, printing was super fast and easy. However, the main reason for this review is for the service that I was provided with. The guy that helped me (didn't get his name) handed me my paperwork, and when it was time to pay, I had a credit card and $100 dollars. He told me to not break my $100 and that it was on the house because charging my card would be an additional charge. Super cool and kind gesture on his end especially when cost of supplies are higher and keeping a business running these days is much harder. Little things go a long way, and these guys definitely are for helping their clients than just about their business. Thanks for the help! It was much appreciated!!! Would give 10 stars if I could.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from them. Allie and his wife have always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating whenever I have needed assistance with my packages and orders. There have even been times when I needed to pick up a package but was running late. Allie has gone out of his way to stay and wait for me so that I could pick up my package rather than having to come back another day. That kind of customer service really stands out and shows that they genuinely care about their customers. After nine years with Mail Fast USA, I am very happy to continue doing business with them. I appreciate the personal attention, professionalism, and willingness to help that Allie and his wife provide. I would definitely recommend Mail Fast USA to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service. Keep up the good work. John L
