This system was sold to me under predatory circumstances!!! Not once did a supervisor reach out to ask about my dissatisfaction. Upon removal of the equipment, my house now does NOT have a functional door bell when I had one before they got there!! Ricardo was the tech, he left live wires hanging from my siding where the doorbell should've been replaced. I have several holes in my walls, wires dangling and overall damage! Only way I recommend this security service is it you have an iPhone, the latest edition of iPad with at least iOS of 10!!! So whatever, I am severely dissatisfied!! Not to mention since installation in January, I have video footage of trespassers stealing property!!! But of course, with non-functional equipment NOTHING was caught on video. Just criminals walking down my driveway from the one , but nothing was ever caught on the door bell camera, because that camera always said it was "reconnecting". And again I had to call, perform testing and basically work. This happened so frequently that I just accepted the fact that this system was a bad idea, and ignored it!!! It's really unfortunate, because I live in an area full of crime. I needed this system for security and peace of mind. Instead I got anxiety, a big money contract and zero support! Most places say yeah, we allow dogs, whatever. This place had a sign on the door stating that they welcome pets. In addition, they had a water bowl in the waiting room ready for my dog. During what should have been a routine installation, the installers drilled through a water pipe and flooded our apartment. As water poured into our home, we were frantically trying to move our belongings and stop the flooding while the installers repeatedly told us, "It's not a problem," and "It's no big deal." To make matters worse, they laughed while this was happening. Whether they were laughing at the situation or something else, it was completely inappropriate given the damage being done to our home. We were left dealing with a flooded apartment, damaged belongings, concerns about mold, and the stress of cleaning up and working through the repair process. I understand that accidents can happen during construction or installation work. What I cannot understand is the lack of urgency, professionalism, and empathy shown during the incident. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Greenlight Fiber.

I'll never forget the way they treated me up there. There are some creepy similarities here, and I worry that if I bought the same volume of equipment I'd end up with the same awful experience. Some of the associates (at most locations) would say anything to sell you this stuff and then once you get it, everything changes. Oh we never said that. Oh you misunderstood. Oh no it's not meant to do that. Oh we're not responsible for that breaking. Some shady and really bad people. We returned to the front counter and I thought he was maybe going to look it up. I also started some research on my phone. Next thing I knew he was checking customers out. I guess I was done.
