I will NEVER go anywhere else after my experience today! On Friday, May 15, 2026 I brought my 2016 Nissan Maxima in for my appointment for diagnostics, and inspection. Because I have a warranty I needed a dealership to inspect it and run it past the warranty company. Once they inspected and agreed with my mechanics diagnosis that it was the wheel bearing they contacted the warranty company, and when the warranty company said wheel bearings are covered, I assumed I would have to make another appointment to get it fixed. I was so glad to be wrong when Kline told me if they have the part they can fix it for me today! I was there for almost 4 hours as they finished it a little before 3, and my appointment was at 11. I would really like to shout out Drew specifically, as he gave me periodic updates about everything with my car and didn't act annoyed at all with my questions and explained everything very well. He was very kind and extremely helpful. I'd also like to shoutout everyone who worked on my car I just don't happen to know them by name. I'd also like to point out that not only did they inspect and diagnose my car, replace the wheel bearing even though they were insanely busy, but they also aligned all 4 tires, and also ran it through the car wash. Kline has a very welcoming atmosphere and very friendly, and helpful staff. They have a very nice and comfortable waiting area *i'd know as I was there for close to 4 hours ;) * It was by far the best experience i've ever had when dealing with my car which was amazing as getting anything repaired with a car is pretty much always stressful! I have always experienced exceptional service from service techs Ivan, Ryan and Tristan. I had two Nissan Rouge SLs and went to Kline for over 6 1/2 years. Best service experience I have ever had. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. One of the vehicles I had owned prior using Kline for service. The second one I purchased from Kline. I was treated the same with both vehicles for service. Any minor issues were resolved quickly and professional after being reported. I would highly recommend this dealership for service. Worst Service Department ever! Right foot does not know what the left foot is doing. At 8:15 AM on Thursday, January 16, I brought my leased Platinum Rogue, at 5,540 miles, in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation and to check the cruise control function which has not worked since I leased the vehicle. The service advisor said I could override the intelligence system and use cruise control the "old way" with no intelligence features. The Platinum model is loaded with intelligence features and he was suggesting I operate this function without it. I asked that it be looked at and repaired to the way it should work. I had to follow-up later in the day to find out the status of vehicle. The service advisor indicated they ordered the parts to repair the cruise control system and would need to keep the vehicle overnight. I asked if the repairs could be completed the next day (Friday, January 17) by late morning/early afternoon. The service advisor said this would be no problem. The following day, I heard nothing so I followed-up with them, again, and the service advisor said the parts were in and he was waiting for a technician to become available. Again, I heard nothing further so I had a friend drive me to the dealership late afternoon. I talked to a different service advisor who checked on my vehicle and returned from the shop to tell me the technicians forgot to work on my vehicle. I returned two hours later (15 mins before closing), the vehicle was completed, and they charged me $70.00+ for the oil change and tire rotation service. I asked that this be waived due to the inconveniences. The service advisor said "No." The next day, I attempted to start my vehicle, remotely, in the sub-zero temperatures only to find out the hood was left open which prevented the vehicle from being started remotely. Also, there was a significant amount of oil and dirt on my new car mats. This was a very frustrating experience and not the first time this Service Department has had below standard performance. read more

I take my Nissan here for oil changes. The service department staff are great! Scheduling is easy and I can get it in within a week, sometimes even same day appointment! The wait times are variable, sometimes it only takes an hour and other times it takes an hour and a half or more. I usually don't mind since they are dog-friendly and I always bring my pup, Zoe. She enjoys the excursion and staff are generally excited to see her. Human refreshments and dog treats are offered in their waiting area. Had to go back this week to have them actually top up fluids since they didn't, replace the mudguard they broke off that they didn't mention, and showed them the black oil that they didn't change. This is honestly the least annoying used car experience I've ever had. They negotiate fairly -- you do have to know your price, but they'll make an effort to meet it. Once you have settled on the deal, there is a relatively low (compared to other car dealerships) level of attempt to upsell, add-on, etc. Taking delivery of your vehicle is quick, and again, no additional nonsense. There has been a lot of turnover in staff. I've questioned whether I actually need what they've said I need (brake fluid flush 10,000 miles before it's due as part of scheduled maintenance but he couldn't explain why). Today I came for my 85,000 service. They had scheduled me for just a tire rotation. Really? No oil change? They ought to know the maintenance schedule on my NISSAN. The only good experience at this dealership was our salesman Jaun. Everything after the sale was a disorganized mess, had to threaten a bad review to get the paperwork sent to the bank to get our trade in finalized and then it had been a month and no registration yet so we called and were told we needed to talk to Amber, multiple messages and no returned calls so we message the manager Aaron, multiple messages there with no reply, finally got someone to help and they need a copy of drivers liscense. We decided not to renew our lease, but they wouldn't tell us our final total and wanted us to come in. They took our keys but never spoke with us about how much the final total would be. Since we weren't releasing they didn't want anything to do with us, customer service went out the window. After they took the vehicle we found that we still had 2 payments. We totally understood and wanted the car back since we're still paying on it but they said once they have it we're done and can't get it back. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. I was appalled today when I took my Sentra in for a recall part replacement. They take NO recommended precautions for COVID-19. I only saw one staff person wearing a mask for a short time but then he took it off. The staff walked very close to people, and one customer who was wearing a mask had to veer out of the way when a staff person nearly ran into her. I was waiting in a chair in the lobby and a staff person came so close to me he bumped into the chair. There was a 4 year old there crying for at least 30 minutes wandering around and touching things and the Mom even sent him to the men's room alone and a customer had to come and find her to go help her son. There was a salesperson talking so loudly to customers that were sitting closer than 6 feet to him that I believe that by the loudness of his voice and how it projected across the showroom to the lobby, it surely was not a safe conversation. The customers he was working with were wearing masks but he was not. I got a text from the service advisor shortly after I got to the lobby to wait - her name was Dana, who checked me in saying "Should you need anything throughout your visit, please reply to this text." I replied with what I wrote above and asked for her to share the information with the manager, I got no reply, and when she came to tell me the car was ready, she disappeared and I had to wait after I left the lobby, not knowing where she went, and eventually she came back to her desk and I went there to get my keys. She would not even look me in the eye. No mention of any precautions being taken while my car was being serviced, and it did not have any sign of being sanitized inside around the steering wheel and shift once I got in my car. I truly wish 2 things: 1) that I would have read yelp reviews as there are so many 1 star negative reviews of this dealership 2) that I would have had this work done at Luther Nissan in Inver Grove Heights. I don't even know how it could be allowable for a business to run as if there is no pandemic going on. I should have turned around and left the minute I saw that Dana and the other service advisers were not wearing masks. I have another car, a Honda, that I purchased at Inver Grove Honda and I am having that serviced tomorrow. I was asked questions today, prior to bringing it in tomorrow - same as if it were a medical clinic, such as: Have I traveled out of the country in the past two weeks, do I have a fever.....and they explained that every staff person, including service techs, wear masks and all customers need to wear masks and that no children are allowed and they prefer only one person to bring the car in, and that after service the car is wiped down and sanitized wherever it was touched. NEVER go to Kline Nissan. They do not deserve your business and they are doing absolutely nothing to prevent exposure to the Coronavirus. Unacceptable! read more

I have thought long and hard about this review. I'm not the type of person to just react and spew hurtful comments. Reviews affect business and should be taken seriously. With that being said, I must warn anyone thinking about having service/repair work done at this dealership. I'd also have to say, that if I'm honest, buying my car wasn't the experience I would have expected from a dealership. The day I bought my car the gentleman who had sold it to me wasn't present. I was rushed into finance, signed my life away, and then given a set of keys. Nobody did a final run through of the vehicle with me. I didn't know how to use all the buttons and when I got home realized the wrong owners manual was given to me. Should have known then that this was a warning sign. I purchased a Nissan Certified vehicle and along with that came $10 oil changes. Great!! Well that was never the case. Every time I came in it was at least 50$ because they don't tell you about all the other 'maintenance' add on's they force you to do. The oil changes took hours each time and every time I came in I felt like an inconvenience. I stopped doing the oil changes and just paid normal prices to go to Valvoline. At least they're friendly. My most recent experience was the last straw. My car broke down and I had it towed to the dealership. I purchased the creme de la creme of extended warranties. I'm a single female and just wanted the peace of mind in knowing that if a problem were to arise I'd be covered. No issues, no hassles, no 'typical' auto mechanic BS. Not the case here at all!! After multiple days of waiting for just a diagnosis, jumping through hoops over the warranty, and then being given a huge hassle over a rental car (which was free and included with the terms of my warranty) my car was finally determined to have a failed fuel pump. The lack of organization and emotional intelligence during this experience was horrific. I get my car back finally and think the problem is fixed. A week later I get a message on my dash telling me that the fuel cap is loose. I check and it isn't. I call. Tell them what is happening and that I'm still smelling raw fuel. (They had spilled gas on the interior when changing the pump). I'm dismissed and told that it's the cold weather the light will go off. The light did go off and then a new one came on. I called. It went off. Came back on. I called. The whole time expressing concern over the fuel smell. I brought the car in. I'm now dealing with a guy named Billy who is the epitome of a good ol' boy chauvinist. He tells me "they have looked at my car, the codes are all coming back that it's safe to drive, there is something wrong, but he's not willing to invest anymore man hours into chasing the problem." I leave feeling completely defeated. Four days ago I spend 3 hours stuck in my car during traffic and snow. Am so sick from the fumes by the time I get home that I spend the evening vomiting. Go in my garage the next morning and the smell of gas is overwhelming. Pull my car out, put a piece of paper in the puddle on the floor and take a lighter to it. Guess what?! Flame!! The type of flame you get from gas. Whoosh! I immediately call the Luther Nissan in Inver Grove. They get me in quickly and diagnose and fix the problem within 24hrs. Kline had put a dirty Oring in my car when they fixed the fuel pump. I had been leaking gas the entire time. I went to Kline yesterday to get the money needed to pay Luther and not once was an apology given! Not once! Nothing! Long story short, go to Luther. The experience is night and day. I felt obligated to have my car serviced at Kline because that's where I had bought it. The Luther folks are kind, patient, efficient, and you'll actually experience what it means to have your car serviced at a dealership! read more

I bought a new Rogue from Kline less than a month ago and they provided a very un-professional service. (1) I spent only like 15 minutes to cut the deal for a new car. But they kept me waiting for more than an hour before someone started processing my paperwork. (2) They tried three times and still did not deliver the right model, right color, right option/accessory. At the end of the day, they still have to mail me one part and let me install it myself. (3) The engine coolant oil just barely touched the minimum mark when I checked at home after 45-minute drive. (4) The agreed to mail the license plate to my home but did nothing after 5 days. When I called and told them my temporary license permit is expiring in one day, they still refused to express deliver my license plate and only agree to send via regular mail. This dealership is definitely the worst I have ever dealt with. read more

Shortly after buying my used vehicle here (which was a relatively pleasant experience), I realize that one of my tires had a huge gouge in it and that they were also pretty bald. I know I should have looked at this when I bought a car, but I needed to buy a car in a short timeframe and, honestly, I just don't know about car stuff. I hate to think they just took advantage of a single mom so I won't. A couple months pass and I call about a clunking noise that I've been hearing, and to get an oil change which I was originally told at the time of purchase, are $10 and come with a complimentary car wash! I am told to bring it in (in the morning) and drop it off. I ask for a loaner car and they say they'll have to charge me, so I find a ride and drop off my car. It's after 4 pm when they call me to say that this thing they are looking for in my car, which is the ONLY thing sitting on the passenger seat of the car, can't be found and they are also going to take a look at my car now. I tell them it's right there and they think it's funny that they could not see it. Hilarious. They figure out what is wrong with my car, change the oil, and I get a ride and come in to pick it up. Imagine my surprise when I get a bill for $171. They ran a $140 diagnostics test and charged me $30 for the oil change, an upcharge to synthetic that I was never asked about. Also, I bought a pretty comprehensive extended warranty at the time of purchase and they are going to charge me $140 every time something seems wrong with the vehicle and I have to have it checked out? I am hoping that the warranty can be serviced elsewhere, literally ANYWHERE else, but I doubt it. So, I am taken to my car, which was NOT washed, and when I get inside of it there are big dirt and grease marks all over the floor of the drivers side (no paper was put down) and it smells like an ashtray. I don't think anyone smoked in my car, I just think someone who smells like an ashtray worked on it. There is no updated sticker in my window telling me when my new oil change is due, just the old one. And now I have to come back in a couple days so they can fix the part that was broken. I am told that maybe that extended warranty will cover the diagnostics exam, but today I have to pay for it. So I do. I come back a few days later and let them know about the greasy car floor (which I vacuumed and scrubbed and still couldn't get out), the oil change sticker, etc. They say sorry. I am there waiting for an hour when I go back to see if they have even moved my car, and I find it still sitting where it's been dropped off. I've been waiting in the lobby area with about 5 other people, which I would have preferred to avoid in these Covid-y times. As I go back to see whether my car has been taken in or not, I am suddenly flung into a horrific situation in which one of their service managers (older guy, grey crew cut) is going on a loud rant whereby he is impersonating an African American woman (a customer of theirs I think, not entirely sure) and mocking the whole Black Lives Matter movement. There is another African American man in the lobby who is waiting for his vehicle, and I hope to God he didn't hear this racist employee going off. The other service managers didn't seem to be thrilled with this rant, especially when they saw me standing there and realized they had a wider audience. Dana, the woman who has been handling my vehicle on both occasions (and desk neighbor to the racist storyteller), quickly offers me a loaner car (it's included with my extended warranty- how bout that. Another oversight from my visit earlier that week). I am extremely shaken by this experience and am left feeling heartbroken that this kind of behavior happens, people amusing themselves and perhaps their co-workers at the expense of entire other groups of human beings who are not white like them. I can't speak for any of the members of the audience supporting these same views, but nobody shut him down so I guess I assumed he was in good company. I'm disappointed that I have ever given this organization a single penny, and that I've seen at least 5 other African American people coming and going, as customers of theirs, on this Thursday alone. I go about my day and come back to pick up my vehicle. I have to tell Dana that I was really bothered by what I witnessed earlier and she quickly sweeps it under the rug. She then hands me my keys and somebody else's paperwork and I'm on my way, off to my unwashed vehicle. I have had two Infinitis before downgrading, slightly, to Nissan. The vehicle isn't bad, but if you're shopping for a Nissan, I would recommend that you go literally anywhere else. I completely regret buying the extended warranty as I'll be tied to servicing my vehicle here for the next few years. read more

I have been there several times. They are a car dealership and they do their job. I did not feel pressured into buying anything. They were friendly and took the time to explain what was going on. I went in for my 90,000 mile check up at around 102,000 (shame on me) and they were pretty helpful on what needed to be done. The lot is a little crowded for parking, but if you are dropping off, then it is not too bad. They have a play area for kids and are pet friendly. As in they have treats for dogs. I do like that after my checkup I can get a $5 oil change the next time I go in, so I will be getting that done. read more

Terrible experience. So we took our Nissan for a recall. The lady that checked us in greeted us and let us know that we would be able to leave it there and we would even get a free loaner due to it being a recall. Let us know that the car would be ready tomorrow sometime at round midday. Next day comes around, it's a bit late. So I give her a call around 7pm, since I haven't heard from them. She mentioned it had been super busy & was about to call me to let me know that they had had an incident. She told me that when they where going to replace the recall part a coil broke and that she had ordered it and it would be ready for us tomorrow evening. To not worry, loaner was still free and on them. No worries, we'll call you when it's ready. So far so good right. No big deal. So they needed extra time. Well, 3rd day at there shop..get a call around 4pm. Car is ready. We head there. Lady that had helped us had left for the days due to her feeling ill. Here comes the good part. Right as we hand over the keys from the loaner, we get a fabulous invoice of $178! My partner and I look at each other confused as hell. So we ask what the invoice is for? It was a recall and the lady had never mentioned no amount due. So the employee looked confused just about as much as us. Probably because we should have been informed of this amount due before picking up the car. So he asks his manager what's the next step. Manager ask what's going on. He tells him in full detail. Manager goes on to say that she should have informed us and that it's $178 due. So of course we wAnt to know why we are getting charged when we were never informed. He goes on to tell us that that amount is due. That he's not going to give us the new parts for free. That he would be more than happy to put the broken parts he had to order back in. So we would get our vehicle back another day and with our broken parts. He also mentioned in this ridiculous conversation that she, the lady who heLped us, was new anD had no idea wHat she was doing. Long story short... we paid the damn invoice after offering us a $50 coupon. Complete asshole fRom the moment he opened his mouth. Terrible attitude towards customer & employee! We paid and left. That will be the ONLY time we ever set a foot a Kline Nissan. Couple days later, when lady goes back into work..she calls us asking us if there's anything she could do to better the situation and apologizing more than once. I let her know our feelings. Also, felt terrible that she has to deal with such a shitty manager. A manger who says she has no idea what she is doing. People..go elsewhere!! For sure, don't get your car serviced here. read more

I recently leased a 2014 Nissan Altima in mid August from Adam B. This is my third purchase from Adam. A couple things about this dealership. 1. Buy through the Costco program, you can't beat the deal. It is like those dealers that have a published price and can't move off the price. Buyers that like that program pay about $2,000 more per car in my experience. Buying through Costco is the same, but you save the $2,000 2. Buy from Adam, with 12 years experience, he knows what he is talking about and give you some great advice. 3. I live in Prior Lake and drive to White Bear Lake to buy my vehicles. That should tell you something. Their $9.99 oil change is a great deal, stick with this program for the life of your program, it is cheaper than going to your independent for service and maintenance. All the service advisors are very friendly and prompt. What to avoid at time of purchase: The Kline advantage service program for $199 & $299, unless you live close to the dealership and get a lot of free car washes, the breakeven point is 3-7 years if you just do the oil changes and routine service. If you live close and love free car washes, than get it. What does the dealership need to change: Maybe a better self service center for beverages. That's about it. read more

Knew what we wanted and had our cleaned van trade with amount wanted in mind. Their numbers matched our expectations. Our new Altima is great. Must say it is best to get quotes and vin numbers ahead of visit. Jerry was pleasant knowledgeable and not pushy. Only downside was that whole process took 4 hours with no other customers really there! Had to wait for test drive wait for new car cleaning wait for trade in calculation and then wait to meet with 2 other folks trying to upsell stuff. We take our Armada in on a regular basis for an oil change and check point inspection even though it is rarely driven. We just recently had it in in Mid-March. In Late August we had complained of a rattling from underneath assuming a heat shield and asked for it to be fixed. Pick it up, it begins to rattle again not even a week later. We bring it in again in Mid-march ask about the rattling and have the oil changed and check point inspection again. All check points check off as good condition under vehicle and exhaust. Pick it up, Still have rattling and a month later we end up picking our muffler up from the side of the road. How was this not caught or noticed when we had been complaining of noise under the vehicle since August yet all check points were cleared. I called the service manager and got no reaction or concern what so ever (other than they have record of the heat shield in aug but not march...funny coincidence), very clear they take your money and get away with the bare minimum. I came back the next day seeking to return the car and I was treated with suspicion and hostility. What a terrible decision. I would rather drive 45min to Wayzata than ever go to Kline again. The "used salesman" vibe was strong, and I felt like I was gender profiled as he was telling me what "Mr. Nissan" wants me to purchase at 60,000 miles. I told him I already had a handful of these services just done and then he tried to get me to buy a new group of services for almost the exact same $$. Purchased a car from Kline Nissan on 2/4. I was to get the tabs on 2/25. I have not yet received them. Reached out 2x. Still don't have them. 2/28 the car didn't start, less than 40 miles put on the car due to weather. The car has 61,000 miles overall. I had called AAA. It wasn't the battery, it wasn't the key fab. AAA finally got it started it appears it was the "steering wheel lock actuator". Towed it to Walser Nissan in Burnsville. Paid the diagnostic and AAA fee. They determined it was key fab and recommended given mileage and time of ownership I go back to dealer and have them replace. Kline Nissan wouldn't needed it towed there. Kline Nissan questioned the "codes" . They are standard Nissan codes. Sent them a screen shot of the codes to validate and save them a 20 mile trip as they were questioning validity". Said it would be different if towed there they could see the codes. I suggested they pick up car and tow it to their dealership if needed codes as still doesn't run.... codes haven't changed. I've always had a good experience with the sales people here. The sales people are obviously motivated through making sales and commission so of course their customer service is great. However that motivation does not continue over to their service department. I've bought three cars from this dealership since 2007 and have always had issues with the service department. They basically make you feel like an inconvenience to them. I've always gotten the impression that once they got my money they stopped caring about customer service. A couple years ago I complained to the service manager because they take way too long doing basic routine service. This one in particular was an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour to complete and I had an appointment. Well two hours went by and they still weren't done with it. They told me it was being washed as we speak. I had my dog with me and decided to go take her for a walk around quick and we went behind the building and I saw my car sitting not being attended to. After 20 minutes I walked back to the service department and the them that I watched my car sit there for the last 20 minutes and they said there is a back up of cars waiting for a wash. I told them to skip the wash and bring me my car. They did and I left. I contacted the service manager and explained to him about the lack of communication and how unacceptable a 2 hour oil change and rotation is, especially when I have an appointment and have work that I was going to be late too since I had to drop my dog off at home still. I was told they were understaffed and over booked, He offered some free rotations as an apology, I turned those down saying that's not why I'm complaining, just please fix your service department. That was the last car I bought from them. Just yesterday my sister (a single mother) made an appointment with for a 1030 oil change and she also asked them to check the check engine light. She was told a two hour estimate for the work to be completed. She asked me to pick her up while the work is being done because she did not want to be in the lobby that long with a three month old infant. She knew she needed to feed him and possible change him throughout and didn't want to do that in the lobby. I work overnights and worked the night previous but woke up to pick her up and bring her home. After three hours goes by and getting no courtesy call we call them asking for the status. They tell us the oil change is competed and the tech is finishing up. So we get there and the vehicle is still not ready. They tell us again it's getting prepped for delivery and be out soon. After about 5 more minutes no car so I go back up to the counter and ask them to explain why this process is taking so long. The gentleman at the Counter who looked like I was inconveniencing him says "like he just told you, it will be out when it's done". I repeated my question to him, explain why an oil change is taking over 3 hours. He gets up goes to the door for the garage and shoves it open and tries to get an answer from the tech. He comes back tells me the car isn't out there and he's not sure where it's at to ask the tech. At this time the service manager comes over and tries to explain that the oil change is done and it was the computer diagnostics that was taking up the time. He said they needed to check all "the codes" so they can provide a safe vehicle. I told him it's unacceptable to be told 2 hours for the work and then not get a courtesy call that it would be longer. Also that you're gonna try to tell me the longer wait was because of the computer diagnostics... They didn't even fix the issue, it apparently took them 3 hours to hook up the computer and and grab the codes. I told the manager that you have a single mother coming In with her infant for a simple oil change and they expect her to wait over 3 hours in a lobby where she needs to breast feed and change diapers is not acceptable. I explained to him my family 7 cars from this dealership in the last 8 years and family friends we have referred to them who have bought cars and the service department has always been awful. Once they get your money they do not care about you. We are done buying cars from this dealership. You will always get great customer service from the sales department of any dealership because they're motivated by money and sales. However if you want to truly rate a dealership you should see how their service department treats their customers. This dealership is atrocious read more

Wonderful experience. I called the dealership on a Saturday afternoon knowing what I was looking for in a Murano. I didn't have time to come in that day, as I had spent my time at 2 other dealerships with poor experiences. The sales rep that took my call invited me to text him when I was ready to look at the car. I texted him that Tuesday, came in and he had a Murano all ready to drive and we took it for a test drive and I loved it. We came back to discuss the trim levels and I bought the car that following Saturday with ease. I really give credit to how easy it was to work with both sides- sales and financing. There were not any hidden costs or weird charges showing up. I felt the entire team really cared about the car I was buying and treated me with respect. I am not a car buying expert, and an Kline, you don't have to be, and you can let your guard down. I love my Murano and have been very happy with it. read more

We recently purchased our first car at Kline Nissan. We worked with Randy and Tim. We could not have asked for a better experience. Randy worked hard to ensure we got the best vehicle possible for the best price possible. They weren't pushy or aggressive, but personable and down to earth. We love our new Sentra more than we could have imagined and got a great deal. We had a great experience with Kline Nissan, and in particular with our salesman, Aaron Bertsinger. No pressure whatsoever, just the information we needed to make our decision. We actually purchased a 2013 Altima and within 5 months it was totaled in a freeway accident. We were rear ended by a much larger vehicle. We eventually purchased a 2014 Altima, with the exact options on it, even the same color. We love our car. Thank you to all who helped us through this purchase. me and my husband bought a car from them last august that had tinted windows when i asked the sales person if it was legal tint in minnesota he said yes they were in minnesota windows have to be 50% on cars we got pulled over the back windows were at 5% and the fronts were 35% when i called the dealership they didnt even know what the law was for minnesota and all they would do is take off the tint and not replace it with legal tint. brice was the worst person ever to work with very unprofessional when i called he was like hey whats up read more

Don't dare lease a car from this place! My wife brought her car in after a mirror just fell off (yes, fell off her car. Way to fasten those parts, Nissan!) Instead of showing concern for why this happened, they began to try and prove that Nissan was not to blame and that she must have tried to steal it. STEAL A MIRROR??? Are you kidding me?
