Kleiner Services just helped complete an epic move for the textile company I work for. Konstantin set up a virtual tour to provide the initial quote quickly, and booking in on their schedule for the move dates was really easy. They also provide tote rental which is a great alternative to cardboard boxes, and it was convenient not to have to rent them through a separate company. This move involved pretty much everything: dismantling and junking displays, fixtures and racking in our commercially leased space, patching over the approximately 1000 holes left in the walls, and dragging out bags and bags of trash. And then reassembling the huge heavy racks that we did keep on the other side. They also installed display racking right onto our walls as part of the service. The crew were very efficient, kind and easy to work with. The disassembly and reassembly went smoothly and the guys took a lot of care with the work. We additionally needed to source some other services, and Konstantin provided contacts for a trusted painter and cleaning service which I really appreciate. Kleiner is the best overall moving service I have worked with, and they're truly full service. Reliable, Responsive, Trustworthy, and Clean! I have used Kleiner Services a couple of times for the past few years; and they have always left me satisfied with the results. 1. Konstantin, the owner, always comes to give estimate/quote in person. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. He is a family man, father to young children. So he totally understands our family's needs and priorities when comes to home-moving. 2. Their moving truck is always clean and looks well maintained. 3. Konstantin does not simply hire any part-timer movers to do the jobs. His staff members have had their criminal background checked. They wear uniforms and well-trained; they take good care of our furniture and no matter how heavy the boxes or furniture piece are, I can totally count on them. As an OCD person myself, I like the way they work as a team. Very organised, clean and respectful. No slacking. The young staffs have good sense of humour too. I moved from a 3-story walk-up with no elevator into a 10th floor suite. The staff were strong, meticulous, polite, and enthusiastic despite the extra work without the elevator. To add to the challenge, when I arrived at my new building, the elevator there was broken down and the movers had to leave everything in my lobby but did not leave until the elevator was repaired and they could finish the job. Fast, clean, professional, and great moving service from the team at Kleiner Service. Movers were punctual (actually a touch early) and were ready to go at our scheduled time. Did a pre-walkthrough to confirm what needed and didn't need to go, and a post-walkthrough to make sure nothing was missed. Great care was taken in loading and unloading the truck. Dealt with some more complicated/difficult moves like a piano, larger potted plants, and some tight corners with larger furniture without any issues and some laughs.
