Previously would have given it five stars, but recently they changed their menu a lot. No more yellow rice, replaced with a subpar white rice and peas, and now when you get a pint of their delicious Greek sauce they give it to you in a styrofoam cup. Truly disappointed, will have to find another place as my go to for Greek food in Bayonne. read more

They have the Best Fresh Salads and Greek Food in Town the Workers are very good at what they do and Peter the Owner is a great man he delivers the food himself along with several other nice drivers . Used to be my favorite little hideaway until I got food poisoning. Avoided them for years but had a change of heart and tried them out again. Food still good, cooks are always fast and present food properly. Dont like the way the girls at counter stare at you when they give you change almost begging for a tip. I am a Bayonne native and have been eating here since I was a child. I moved out of Bayonne about 5 years ago, and am in town for the holidays visiting family. I ordered today for lunch, got balsamic vinegar with my salad, and found a loogie at the bottom of my balsamic vinegar. I was able to pick it up with my fork. My entire meal went into the trash and I will obviously never order from Teddy's again. read more

I came here for Gyro's because of their high rating on here. I was quite pleased with the service and quality of the food. We both ordered the Gyro platter. The Gyro was not the best I have ever had but I have had the in Greece so that is tough! I liked it and the sauce was very good. The fries were not greasy and the veggies were fresh. The price is very reasonable and they had a very large menu that I plan to explore over the rest of the summer. Definitely check this place out if you are in Bayonne! read more

I've been coming coming here for YEARS and I love this place. Their tzatziki sauce is the best I've ever had. Anything you will try from here will be delicious and served fresh. Their gyro is delicious! It's really very good, but their fries could use a little work I think! They're a little soggy

This is the first time I've had anything I didn't like from this place. (And I don't order much. They give you little food and it's overpriced) I ordered the stuffed grape leaves (which weren't homemade) they were soggy and sour and the rice was mushy. They plated it on a bed of lettuce, vinegar, and some weird grumbly cheese. The grape leaves also fell apart. I also ordered the shish kabob with everything on it and the meat was grey. They put too much onion not enough lettuce and the whole thing fell apart when I tried to eat it. Now my stomach hurts. I called to tell them about it and the girl on the phone didn't even offer a refund or a new order. The girls behind the counter obviously don't care. Which is not very helpful to customers. Was walking by and feeling hungry. I stopped in thinking this was just a burger joint, but found much more. They have a large and varied menu consisting of tasty low fat items such as flavorful grilled chicken, succulent lemon steak, and a roast garlic hummus; not too overpowering, but just right. The only thing I can suggest is that they need more vegetables on the menu, a nice chick pea salad perhaps? Service was excellent, definitely glad I stopped in. read more

She always knows my order and address (do I call too much?) ok, so I love the Greek salad, chicken gyro (but I prefer with grilled chicken sliced not cubed, just find it easier to eat), their Greek fries are great and grape leaves too! So I read a few reviews and decided to try it out. I got the gyro for delivery and tried the rice pudding as well. Now I know I am lucky but I was amazed at how fast the food was delivered -35 mins, it was fresh and fantastical and the rice pudding is a MUST try!
