I've read online reviews at this place and my husband also comes here every month. There's about 6 or 7 guys who works here and they are always packed with customers. Generally, I'm told most of the barbers here are really good with the clips but my husband did tell me that Dilson seems to have the most customers returning back and requesting his service. I've decided to request Dilson. I told him what I wanted and he did just that and at each stage, he's telling me what he will do and stopped to ask if I wanted him to do other shavings and shape ups. Long story short, I got what I wanted and he made me felt very comfortable. I will definitely come back and will seek for him again. The parking here is really tight and limited. The shop is small. When you come inside, you are to select your barber on a computer screen. If you don't care who to serve you, you can select whoever is next available. Once you enter your selection, you get a printed receipt with a number so you can wait to be called for your turn. I came here on a Wednesday afternoon and they were busy so I can just imagine the number of customers coming here over the weekend. If you can come during the weekdays, I highly recommend.

The buzz lines were uneven on either side of my head. The length on top varies significantly from side to side and front to back. I still have hair on back of neck and at lower part of hairline that should never be there. I also learned that the owners, think they said Juan and Mike, don't come in. When I attempted to speak to Randy, who was the most senior person there, he was confrontational and argumentative. He took offense to the fact I was upset he dished me to an unlicensed trainee on their first day without sharing that info. He made no effort to quell the situation other than to "explain to me" why I was wrong for being upset and disrespected as a returning customer. When l asked another patron who was also upset what time his appointment was, he said 3:30. It was 4:45 and his son was still in the chair. He indicated, he needed Randy to finish because they were late. At that point I left. This establishment is being run by an immature barber who is not ready to manage. Trav was our barber and he is skilled with the clippers. He is very meticulous and works well with children as well as adults. I watched his with the gentleman before me and he took his time to make sure everything was just right. There was another barber named Mark, I watched his work too. He also cuts some good hair.
