Stopped by on our way up the hill and went through the drive thru, when it was our time to order we let the girl know we weren't ready because we'd never been to a klatch coffee before and she took her time to ask us what we usually drink and what flavor we like! It was really refreshing to have someone take their time to explain and ask us questions to make what we like the right way! I love the coffee here so much, but one of the more frustrating things in the experience of buying coffee from here, is being asked to give a tip. I feel better about waiting to see how my experience goes from start to finish, and would rather not feel forced to give a tip just because I paid with my card- it's extremely awkward and uncouth in my opinion. I think placing a tip jar out for people is a much better practice and I do give tips when this is the case. read more

Klatch is our go to Sunday morning coffee spot! It consistently tastes great and the customer service is even better! The employees are always friendly and anything on the menu is good. We have tried everything, but our favorites are cold brew, chai tea and the breakfast wraps and sandwiches. We look forward to Sunday mornings and Klatch visits. read more

I am so grateful to have found this place because their coffee is perfect for me. (And I'm very particular about my coffee, you will never see me at a Starbucks). I'm grateful that this place is a drive thru too. This coffee place obviously cares about the quality of milk, alternative milks, and obviously coffee. Went in and was excited to support a small business but was extremely disappointed. A family in front of me ordered 4 drinks so I understood I would have to wait a little bit. But 15 minutes later the batista was still not making my mocha. There were 5 employees behind the counter and only 1 person was making the drinks. 1 employee was sweeping the front of the store, which is great but do that when you are not busy. Another employee was taking drive thru orders and 2 other employees were doing nothing. The mocha was great but the prices on all the drinks seemed a bit over priced. read more

Visited for the first time to check it out since I've been to the Rancho location. I went through the drive thru, service was pretty quick and got my cappuccino. I'm addicted to the smell of coffee and when I got my cup it was heaven! The cappuccino was delicious and the person who helped me at the window was so pleasant and nice! Happened to be in the area and stopped by Klatch Coffee in Fontana. I tried to order two blended drinks and two muffins. The guy at the counter told me they did not except cash. Didn't except Cash??? That was a first for me. I told him I would pay by a debit card. He said that would be ok, but I would have to download their app on my phone and setup an account. In doing so, I had to add my credit card info and add money to my account to make the purchase. It turned out to be a huge hassle to spend $20 for 2 drinks and 2 muffins. Now when I checked my CC account, I found that they not only charged me the $20 for my order but also charged me an additional $40 for a credit account that I somehow inadvertently setup. I tried to access my account and It is not accepting my credentials. Now I have to deal with getting my reimbursement. read more

Honestly, I love klatch and appreciate how they structure their menu items and drinks. It's clear that Klatch as a company cares about their products. My issue with THIS klatch shop is terrible customer service. I've given this place many opportunities to match the company's enthusiastic quality but they can't seem to hold the standard. One example, I ordered the original breakfast bagel that should've came with two eggs and only got it with cheese and ham. I returned the BAGEL for a bagel with eggs and was given a sandwich when an employee clearly showed me they had bagels in stock. The overall customer service moral always feels like they have zero energy to communicate with customers. If you have a chance to go to Klatch in Rancho instead I highly recommend to do so. read more

I love this place! I like that their coffee is delicious and really wakes me up! My favorite is the Mexican mocha, there's nothing like it and it hits the spot. Tastes just like abuelita hot chocolate. I like that they have different milk options and that they make it their selves. Their drinks are unique and I love trying something different every time I go. They had an iced coffee that tastes like cherry coke and they also had one with chili, tajin and lime. It may sound weird but it was bomb.com. If you are hungry, you won't be disappointed with their food. My fave is their avocado toast. I could eat it every morning if I had the option. Their wraps and croissant sandwiches are also delicious. I'm really excited to try their root beer floats. I'm excited for their seasonal drinks as well. Did I mention their customer service? Never met such kind, happy and outgoing workers. They must love working there and it shows. They take the time to ask how your day is going, have offered my kids water and just been so personal and sweet. Chris is one of my favorites. My 8 year old son even noticed how kind he was and said,"he is so nice mom, they aren't like that at Starbucks," lol thanks Klatch coffee, for being and tasting so amazing and making my days a little extra special every time I visit. read more

Food is good when they get the order correct. Coffee is good too. However, after being a dedicated "regular", I have discontinued my business due to now twice having the drive-thru window worker wear a "no justice no peace" face mask. I feel a worker who deals directly with customers is a representative of the company... and to have that on your front line is disrespectful and distasteful to most. My favorite coffee shop by far! They make their own muffins, scones, cookies etc. and are way more fresh than Starbucks or CB. Their lattes are so creamy and delish! Also, we love their breakfast sandwiches, avacado toast and paninis. They make it all in front of you! No prepackaged, processed food! Very nice and informative staff. I Went to the Sierra location & ordered a spicey chicken bacon pannini sandwich, it was the worst sandwich I ever had, burnt, hard, dry ,tasteless, dry meat,and the coffee was wimpy too and on top of that it was $14.00 very pricey, I will never again go there and would not recommend it either. 0 stars read more

I have waited a few days to leave this review because I wanted to ensure I was not writing this in anger. I have been coming in throughout quarantine, when you were open with just the drive thru to when the lobby reopen for walk in orders. It had been a few weeks since my last visit and was unaware that the story policy had changed to only take app orders. When I entered the store I went to the register to place my order as I was overlooking the menu a girl with short pink hair rudely asked me if I was picking up an app order. I informed her that I still needed to place my order when she said that they were only accepting app orders and said that I needed to leave the store. Like I said this is the first time something like this has happened to me here. I was going to leave a 1-star review because this employees customer service was the worst I ever experienced. However, Luis is the only reason I decided to leave this review because I believe he deserves credit for saving my experience. When he overheard what was going on he politely asked me to place my order on the app while he started making my drinks for me. He was so polite and professional that he and the good coffee is the reason it's not a 1-star review. Hope this girl gets some training because she needs it. read more

I've been a fan of Klatch Coffee since 2004. I love their Patio Special and its my favorite! Their Mexican Mocha is always a treat on a cold day. Creme Brûlée is another good choice. I also like their selection of teas. Recently, I tried their food (paninis, muffins, pecan bars) and they taste really good. Best of all is their friendly customer service. Happy that they have opened up locations in Fontana and Ontario besides their original store in Rancho Cucamonga. I always recommend them to all of friends who have not heard of them. The SLOWEST place ever and i haven't even gotten my coffee. Like are you roasting the beans and grinding them by hand back there? It's taking me over 15 minutes to get a coffee. Not happy with this experience. Especially because they seem so whatever about how you're trying to hurry in a drive thru. We don't sit in drive thrus because we want to relax. Amazing coffee, great service, and pretty good food by cafe' standards. The "Favorite"+ bacon and a pour-over coffee is my go-to brunch.

The employees were really nice but my drink tasted bad. I returned to the store to have the drink remade but realized it was remade with dairy instead of the cashew milk I had paid extra for. There was no manager on duty, they told me to email klatch for a voucher because it's out of my way, I couldn't return a third time. The employee wasn't sure what was wrong with the drink, I don't think it was even investigated, she kind of blew it off but in a nice way. I don't know if the regular barista was gone or what but my sister had bought me a coffee from there just a week before and it was amazing so I don't understand what happened? It was really disappointing to pay 6 dollars for a regular size latte and it not turn out anything at all like the amazing one my sister bought. read more

I hate to be the one to leave a 1 star review because I LOVE KLATCH, but this location has definitely let me down in the lattes! Let me start off with saying Everyone there is super duper nice and they have great customer service but my issue is with their lattes. I'm a regular at the Rancho Cucamonga location and they have Nailed their lattes and that's why I kept coming back there. So when I heard that Klatch was opening up one in Fontana I was so damn excited because it's so close by. I ordered my regular creme brûlée but was quite disappointed when I took my first sip and questioned why was it watery and chalky. Yuck. I'm not sure if the baristas are still trying to get the hang of it here or they just need more practice but they do need to fix their lattes because they taste so different and have more of a chalky, watery taste to them which is NO BUENO! I thought it was just that one time but I gave it another shot and ordered the same drink per usual to once again be disappointed. Now if I was a good Klatch creme brûlée latte I gotta drive my butt all the way to the Rancho location. I really do hope they fix this issue with their lattes so I can come back and be proud tell my friends and family when they visit that they have the best Lattes in town!!
