I LOVE this place! The best pedicure and and manicure I've ever received. I am very finicky about the shape of my fingernails. I typically ask the tech to let me file and they do the rest. Well, here at Klassy nails, Lely shapes them perfectly! Also, you can get an adult beverage here. Perfect place to relax! I also love to bring friends and enjoy pedis together! I started coming to this salon about 3 years ago. This was after trying about 10 nail salons in the Gilbert, AZ area and being disappointed with them all. After my first time visiting Klassy Nails and Spa, I was hooked. Kristine the owner is lovely, professional and so very talented. I would bring in some of the most wild and time consuming gel polish designs and she wowed me every time, going above and beyond to make the designs perfect! From manicures, gel polish, facials, body waxing and eyelash extensions...Kristine and her staff do it all! The ambiance is so relaxing with beautiful decor. The salon is always squeaky clean, and the staff always uses proper sanitary techniques (which is so extremely important of course!) Klassy Nails and Spa is a 2 thumbs up, 10 out of 10. Made the poor choice of going there just to get my SNS polish removed. Needless to say, they used an automatic nail file but must have been the wrong attachment as it had metal prongs sticking out. The cotton with acetone was still stuck to my nails as he kept going with the filing tool. He left indentations on several of my nail beds and completely damaged my natural nail. The language barrier was significant. I walked out before they would do any more damage. My nails were just looking good and healthy after having the SNS polish which I got at my regular salon. Going forward I'll stick with what I know. I'll never go back here. read more

I'm seriously done with this place! I wanted to like it, they have good colors but I've given them way to many chances. I've been in 4 times the best time was the first time and that's what kept me coming back. The last time I went there I got a gel manicure and after the 5th coat she realized the color wasn't going on very well..... Basically she had to start over from scratch... Instead of taking of the polish the right way she used a drill and file turning my nails into nothing. She tried to convince me to get a different color with glitter so it wouldn't show the ridges... I didn't come in with ridges! I picked a similar color to the first one and she rushed and did a terrible job. Even she said it looked bad but charged me anyway. I promised it would be the last time but they gave me a gift card for a free manicure because of everything I went through. Today came in to use my gift card and got sliced so badly by the file it was almost unbearable to finish my manicure. Then she said my skin is too thin.... So unapologetic. I am not coming back here, they have had enough chances. read more

Sorry to not give this place a great review, but when I saw all of the great reviews, I trusted this place would be great. I did not have that experience. Although it is good that they use plastic in their tubs for sanitary reasons, the rest of the place does not look clean at all. My pedicure was fine, except for the paint job, which is not the best. During my mani, the lady cut my finger with the cuticle cutter and I started bleeding. She was rushing through it because a new customer came in and was waiting. She also left my nails messy without going around the edges with a paintbrush. I will not go back here. read more

Stopped in as a walk-in to get a full set of gel nails. The location was clean and the nail technician was very friendly. I chose to get chrome gel nails which turned out very beautiful. They took their time and did a very good job on my full set. I would recommend Tony and will definitely be back to get my nails filled here as well. Some people just love to create trouble because they are just plain miserable. I was at this nail spa today for a Pedi/Mani cure, and got my eyes brows waxed. Today was my second visit at the shop because I'm new to this state and when I saw the nail spa, I randomly walked-into the place a few weeks ago and got serviced almost immediately. They gave me a manicure that lasted over three weeks, it was absolutely beautiful. I was very pleased with the work those folks did on my hands and feet with a long relaxing foot and hand massage. The price is very decent. Got the same thing again today and again, I am very pleased. This place will be my primary nail shop for now on. The people are very nice and the prices are very good for the work they do. read more

I had left LD Nail because of poor customer service after having my nails done in this location for 15 years. Klassy Nails has taken over the location and since I live close I thought I would give them a chance. My nails are beautiful and I now know what a problem not having a good nail person can be after trying multiple salons when I left LD The new owner and employees are friendly and professional and most importantly do a wonderful job. Kim is so sweet and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. They have a ton of options for gel colors and everything is very clean.

The most horrible experience ever at a nail salon. I went in for a fill and pedicure for my gel nails. The lady doing my services, had some type of shaking disorder. The gel pedicure didn't turn out, was dull. So she removed the gel pedicure, at that point, I didn't trust them enough to do another gel pedicure, so I asked for a regular polish, she made mistakes on almost each toe. Then she soaked off my nails when trying to take off the gel polish, did she replace them, nope just filed them and loaded up on the fill. Now they are lumpy and bumpy....also cut me when was filing; didn't bother to clean her equipment, so the thought of there being blood on their tools totally freaks me out. Complained to the manager when paying....she didn't care at all. 3 hours invested for the most pathetic nails. No customer service! 1 star is too much! read more

I have never been one to get my nails done on a regular basis. A lot of the salons I have gone to have had bad customer service, or bad service period. A friend brought me here after another local salon destroyed my nails and now I am a regular. Christie is amazing and does great work. I love her staff and the atmosphere. Definitely suggest going there! I am disappointed in the negative reviews I am finding from a bitter former employee that was extremely unprofessional. Not only do I enjoy the people that work there, the customers are fun the talk to as well. And, fyi... they ARE licensed technicians. They are posted on the walls by their stations. read more

This is my favorite salon! They are always friendly and willing to accommodate your needs! I've only had great experiences at this salon. I come regularly to get my gel nails and a pedi with Von, he's always great! The other ladies are just as awesome! When Von is gone I know I can still get a great nail job with one of the other girls. The salon is beautiful inside and really comfortable, plus the prices are very reasonable. Angela is truly the best nail tech I have ever been to. She's not only a perfectionist and an artist but she cares about each and every customer. When you are sitting in her chair she makes you feel like the only person in the shop. I don't even have to pick a color! I have been going to her for over 2 years and have never had the same design!
