I called the store, made an appt with Ana, and was able to get in in a very reasonable amount of time. I'm so glad I took a chance... I've found my new hairdresser. Ana is very skilled at her craft, and also patient and kind to boot. She listened and understood what I was looking for in my cut, even though I didn't have the stylist terms to explain it. She was able to deliver, and I am so happy with my new haircut. I booked my next appt with her before leaving the store.
