The Wagners are very honest about timetables and costs. They are good about telling you what various options you have for parts, types of repairs, etc so you understand what the opportunity costs are with respect to time, money, convenience, and quality. I was involved in an accident during March of 2016. I went to Moon Auto body as they are close to where I live and they have an Enterprise Rental agency right next door. I had been pinned at the back of my vehicle as my neighbor back into me. Well that was a traumatic event. Mr. Stone took care of me with the repairs needed and made my difficult situation much better with his professionalism and personal attention. After my vehicle was repair I had an issue with the repaired tailgate not operating correct. I took it back to Mr. Stone. Mr. Stone made the calls and I went to the local dealership for my vehicle. The problem was solved, with no charge. On my way home I stopped and personally thank Mr. Stone for his customer service. His reaction was what else would you expect? I told him I have been around the block at the age of 58 years and this level customer service is almost unheard of today. I had another accident recently. My fault. I went straight to Mr. Stone again. He remembered me by name. Also, I had forgotten to reserve a rental vehicle. Mr. Stone already had taken care of that for me. Who does this today??
