Pick up time was at 11:30 & Jill (the driver) was waiting in the hallway for her partner to arrive to transport this patient. The patient expressed resistance to go and I was providing emotional support when Jill came in the room and in an unfriendly manner loudly verbalized "either this patient is going to go or they aren't but I am on a short leash and have other patients to go get, I can't sit here and wait". I expressed that it was 11:37AM (7 minutes after pickup time) and totally inappropriate to behave in this way in front of the patient. I was trying to deescalate this patient and make them comfortable, and she was riling them up. Needless to say her partner didn't arrive until the patient was already on the gurney, so all of the comments were unnecessary -causing stress on both the patient and medical staff. Totally unprofessional and inappropriate. My patient even told her she needed to calm down. Patients shouldn't have to tell medical transports how to behave. I called to report this behavior to the manager. Jill is both the manager and the owner. My complaint fell on deaf ears as she continued to defend herself. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Buyer beware. It seems I wrote a review but it has disappeared so we will try again…read more I bought a 1999 wheelchair van from this company with promises and expectations from the owner that were not upheld. After 45 days of driving the van exhibited major problems , no air conditioner, major leak, side panel coming off, front end shakes, no horn, bubbling in the headliner etc. only to find out there was damages to this vehicle prior to our purchase that were not disclosed. We were not able to even see the vehicle before it was delivered to us. We were always told it was out for repairs so that it would "perfect" upon delivery. It did look nice on the below freezing date it was delivered and shame on us for not doing a more thorough investigation but with ALS I put my faith in Rick only to be very disappointed. I would be very carefully before trusting him or his products.

Again totoally untrue. He lied about every aspect of this van. There was damage to this van that was not disclosed before purchase. We have only had this van a little over 6 months and have had to pay thousands of dollars to repair an air conditioner that was totally shot, there are no air bags that work, there is no horn, the air lines don't work, the "new brains" on the ramp do not work properly, their is a leak that keeps the inside of the van wet, a piece of old license plate fell out that was holding up the skirting, just to mention a few of the problems. We knew we bought a 20 year old van but the low mileage was a selling point. The warranty was worthess. The van is nothing that was promised and the owner takes absolutely no responsibility or stands behinds his products. He takes advantage of those who are disabled, need his product, but are sold inferior vans that are not what they are promised. It is very sad.
