They're no longer full service there--just exterior washes now, and you have to vacuum the interior yourself. They sent me to the Marlton location for full service. The Marlton location did honor my punch card, but that perk is gone now, and the Thursday ladies' discount dropped from 50% to 20% off. Worst of all, the quality of both the exterior and interior wash wasn't even close to what Ritz used to provide. Bottom line: I'll be looking for a new car wash.
