When my husband arrived in the morning, they were busy, so they made an 11:00 am appointment. Within 5 minutes of arrival, they had our car jacked up. We mentioned that we had more driving ahead of us and that we were in town for a wedding that same day. Their service was outstanding and we drove away 30 minutes later with a fixed tire. About 10 minutes after we left, they called us back and asked us to return so they could ensure all our luggage nuts were properly tightened. The gentleman knew we had a lot more miles to put on those tires and he wanted to be sure we'd be safe during the rest of our journey, which I greatly appreciate. I made an appointment with them and dropped my vehicle off at 7 AM. They gate was still closed, so…read moreI left a typed note explaining that I wanted an HVAC diagnostic because the system motor was working, but it wasn't blowing either hot or cold air. I added that the actuator was moving and the heater hose was getting hot, but the air coming through on any setting was neither hot nor cold. So I wanted a diagnostic to figure out what was wrong. I also wrote that on their envelope before dropping my key in their box. Their lot was so packed, I had to park in an overflow lot across the street. By 11 AM, I hadn't heard from them, so I decided to give them a call to make sure they found my vehicle in the overflow lot and to confirm my notes. I called them 14 times between 11 AM and 3 PM and there was never an answer. Their voicemail message said to leave a message and they would respond within 24 hours. But I didn't have 24 hours. I needed my vehicle back the same day. I called an Uber to take me back there after 3 PM to find out what was going on and that's when I finally got a call. But I was already less than a block away. When I went in, they said they were calling to tell me exactly what I told them in my notes and when I made the appointment, that the AC wasn't working and they wanted to know if I wanted them to run a diagnostic. After 8 hours, they did nothing to my vehicle other than turn on the heat and AC and only told me it had the very same problem that I brought it in to have them diagnose. According to them, the appointment was just a placeholder and did not impact when vehicles are serviced, which defeats the entire point of an appointment. They said I should have told them if I needed my vehicle the same day, even though nobody was there when I dropped it off and nobody was answering the phones. As for the phone calls, they said they only had 1 person answering 5 lines and that's why none of my 14 calls over 8 hours were answered, and it was my responsibility to leave a message ... in spite of the fact that their voicemail said it could take them 24 hours to respond. I've been here before and the service was much better than it was today. Those days, I'd give them 5 stars. But the absolute minimum I need for someone servicing my vehicles is that they have someone to answer at least 1 of 14 phone calls, and that they pay attention to the reason I dropped my vehicle off in the first place.

I even had an opportunity to meet the owner's parents while there! The prices for the parts and labor were very fair and way cheaper than had I taken it to a BMW dealer. I choose them after doing a lot of research on local auto repair shops in the area, including Wilmington, DE. This place is about 30 minutes away from my home or a $38 Uber charge each way, but well worth it with the attention to detail and reasonableness of the costs. I am coming back again for future needs! At the end of the day, you want a shop that is fair and honest, and I found it here!

I strongly recommend you to CAREFULLY consider this shop as your vehicle MIGHT BE BROKEN after…read moretheir work, and they are NOT responsible for it. 1. Quality: 2.5 - as you can see the attached image, this is it. I just wanted to generously ignore it, but their disappointing responsibility ended up for me to report it. In addition, I have a few dusts from the driver side. I got the tint job with all 4 windows with hatch and the 4 windows have different cut length from the edge of each windows - irregular. 2. Kindness: 5 - they were kind at the visit 3. After service: 1 - after a couple of months of tint job, my car started sounds rattling from each window which is pretty annoying and it got louder and more frequent. After visiting two dealerships, both of them were concluded that the sound is due to the quality of the tint job. One said they broke my B pillar part, and the other said thickness of the tint film causes the noise by harming the parts. I contacted them and they asked me to send the quotes for the fix, so I did as their request. I thought that they could reimburse or at least find a solution together, however, unfortunately, they started not to respond at all. The service guy said that the part was broken because they had to take the part off when tint jobs, but they said they did not (to me, it was obvious that they could have caused the noise because no one touched the car, but I wanted to trust them). Therefore, I asked them to contact the dealership and explain what they did so that I can fix my car under the vehicle warranty. They "Once" contacted to the service, and that was all that they tried for resolve this issue. They said that they tried to contact but there was no response from the dealership (from their email: Yes called a couple weeks ago. The he wasn't in. Who ever I talked to knew the car. I explained how we tint. And he left a message. I never heard back from them.). Just to things to be clear, I have never done any modification from the stock, and they only touched the vehicle. There was no tint at all when I purchased my car. I bought a vehicle (less then 1 year old CPO, 13K) from a dealership with stock condition - no mod at all. 4. Responsibility: 1 - they seemed to be responsible initially, where they asked me the price for fix as they might somewhat agree that they did something wrong. However, after I sent the quote, they started to deny their mistake and ended up not to respond at all. I cannot give even 1 for their responsibility.
