**FRAUD ALERT | Worst Shop & Customer Service Ever** Took my car to Rocco's for minor paint damage--no dents. What should've been a 2-day fix turned into 6 weeks of lies and shady practices. They claimed the car was ready, then suddenly said the frame and suspension needed replacing due to a "discontinued part." I called my dealer--part was in stock. Rocco's was "shocked," then shifted the story again. They even claimed they were working with my dealer for the parts, my dealer confirmed they never heard back from Rocco's. Staff was rude, blamed me for the damage (!), gave zero updates unless I called, and dragged the process out. I finally had the car moved to another certified dealer by my insurance. Three technicians assessed the car to be certain & they confirmed all it needed was an alignment (which Rocco's claimed they already did). Nothing else. Been driving it for weeks--perfectly fine. **I have receipts & documentation to prove everything I said.** Don't trust this place. Save yourself the time, money, and emotional stress. read more

Rocco collision was suggested by Travelers insurance to repair Jeep that was in accident on Jan 30, 2026. The car was there till 3/5/2026 when we called, they said it would be ready by end of day. There was poor communication the entire time they had car. Made several calls weekly with no return call on updates. When call was returned it was always maybe next week, but the weeks came and went. Went to pick up car and it was still being washed, I asked to speak to someone about my concerns and the lack of updates. Amber acted like she cared and was listening, but her response was we have been very busy and "IT GOT LOST IN THE SAUCE" I was taken back by the unprofessionalism and lack of care. She also mentioned there were 3 adjustments that needed to be made but again we were never updated. Just kept saying it is still not ready to pick up. Finally, we get handed the keys and paperwork. She said we had no balance and it was on our paperwork. I questioned deductible and this took another 20 minutes, and they could not get in touch with anyone from insurance company. We were told to just pay the $750 and we will check following day with travelers and refund you. Needless to say, we are not happy and would never recommend Rocco's collision to anyone. Suggest they need to work on their team ethics, professionalism and genuine caring for customers. How do you even trust what they documented was even done? Looking over paperwork they charge for tire removal, and we removed tire from them. We wanted to keep the cost down because they were charging insurance for this reason we did not even get a rental, and it was good because the rental was only for 10 days and we would have to pay our of pocket for all the time they had the car. read more

Recently had my husband's truck repaired by Rocco's in Sewell. From start to finish we were very impressed by their ability to get us in for repair immediately. Finished the repairs in 1 week and it entailed the whole side of the truck from front to back. Kept us informed of the progress. They text you with a link where you can see the progress. Everyone we talked to was so pleasant. It was very refreshing since most businesses no longer go out of their way with this type of customer service. When we picked up the truck, my husband asked if there was any left over paint so he could touch up some chips on the truck that were there when we bought it and one of the guys came out with a cup of paint and a brush and touched up every spot we saw. This was going above and beyond what was required. I would recommend them to everyone, especially after dealing with a different well known body shop that was horrible when my car needed repairs. read more

I called to tell them I had items missing from vehicle but all they said is there workers are not thieves and brushed me off. Im a driver these items are part of my must haves before I hit road. Shame on you guys! Got thieves in your shop. read more

Flagged Content: I will NEVER bring a vehicle to this place again. They called stating my car would be ready on a Friday, I had my husband call Thursday to reconfirm, we had to load up our whole family Friday evening to go get it just to get there and it in fact NOT be ready. Calling us "slipped through the cracks". They gave us the shittiest "courtesy vehicle" out there. More days go by, I get a phone call around noon that it is ready. My husband heads there around 4 to go get it and 15 min into his travels he gets a call stating it is in fact NOT ready, again. More sensors were lit. Shouldn't that be checked BEFORE calling the owner to come retrieve the car? And why weren't these sensors lit days ago when you first called? I still don't have my car back and now based on other reviews I'm afraid of what I'm going to receive and what will still not be fixed. Absolutely do NOT recommend this auto body shop. Rocco's Collision in Sewell NJ did my estimate, repair, install, paint, etc. all that pretty good. They did a fine job on my car. It said on the receipt that a vacuum and exterior wash was on the invoice. It did not look like that happened. Not really a complaint as the repair job was good. Small potatoes. The repair job was what mattered. read more

Garbage service, garbage employees, garbage job. They said my car would be done by the end of the day five different times and it never was. They also broke my wiper fluid pipe and will probably refuse to fix it because "they didn't work on that part". It was working perfectly the day before I took it in. One of the useless mechanics probably cracked it and was too lazy to fix it. read more

Someone hit my car in philly and drove off. I went through my insurance and rocco's picked up my car and repaired my car pretty quick. Diana was really helpful and very nice. Hope to not have anything happen to my car again but if someone does at least I know I can bring it to Rocco. Great job. read more

I brought my car to this facility to get an estimate on 3/18/2014 and I had an incredible experience with the staff. Jack went the extra mile to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. This shop does 5 star work and will make your car look better than new. A huge pine tree, full of pinecones, fell on my SUV. I took it to Rocco's because about 13 years ago I took my Infiniti there to do almost 14k worth of repairs. They did an excellent job back then so I didn't hesitate to have them repair my BMW. Big mistake. The receptionist was fantastic and very responsive every time I called to find out the status. However, the work that was done was definitely not fantastic. When I returned the truck to show them the problems, I couldn't believe how horrible the managers attitude was. He acted like In was some shmuck who had no clue. He was wrong. He acted like these things were normal. Dude even said, "Oh, it just needs to be adjusted. No big deal." to the very first item I showed him. The hatch would strain to open and then a very loud POP as it flew open. The new spoiler they tried to install was not only very badly misaligned, only one bolt (out of 3) was re-installed! Ya. "No big deal", huh? When I showed him the overspray on my moulding, he actually said "The last person that painted this car did a shitty job. That wasn't us!". What a joke. It was painted last at the factory! Fresh paint on the rubber. There is a thumbprint in the paint. Manager said, "We didn't even touch that part." More BS. He said, "bring it back and we'll fix what we can and we'll have to contact insurance for the other stuff". No way I'd bring it back there with his attitude. QA is horrible and the manager should have acknowledged and apologize for how horrible it was. Over $13k I paid too! Here's a list of things they gave my car back with. Paint drips, thumbprint in paint, misaligned bumper, misaligned spoiler, new dent, chipped paint, bent AND misaligned moulding around windshield (it's off on one side by an inch!), paint scuff where it looks like someone opened a car door into my door, roof antenna installed improperly. The roof actually has a cup in it now where the over tightened it and bent the metal, rim rash on rear passenger side, swirls in the clearcoat, tons of missed scratches, glue on the inside column fabric. My neighbor backed into my passenger side door. I took my Hyundai Tiburon to Rocco's. They replaced the door. When it was returned to me, the lines were wrong, the door didn't close well, and the windows didn't work properly. I had it back to Rocco's 3 times - the lines were not fixed, and although they tried, the window did not go up and down properly. Although they acknowledged the problems, they refused to fix the alignment, and they didn't know what else to do for the window. They left me with "there is nothing else we can do". read more

Giving this business one star is beyond generous. My vehicle was involved in a car accident on 1/9/2018. My car took over two months to repair due to Roccos causing further damage to my vehicle that I was not made aware of until my car was returned to me and it did not drive right and the check engine light came on. (I had no issues with this vehicle prior to the accident) This is a very expensive vehicle that before the accident drove beautifully. I took it back numerous times to Roccos each time I was given a new excuse and someone new who "was going to fix it for me". I should have known they weren't able to do that when they returned it to me with a flat tire that I did not have when I gave the vehicle to them for the third time. Finally I refused to allow them to fix my car again and took it to the Infiniti dealership with promises they would pay to have my car fixed correctly. I spoke with Joe the Regional Manager who promised to give me in writing an agreement that they would pay to have the vehicle repaired correctly. When I called two days later to follow up on the status of the letter Joe informed me that issue with the vehicle could not be from the numerous repairs and the original damage they caused to the vehicle. I'm truly not surprised. This experience with Rocco's Collision has been a nightmare from start to finish. Now I'm left to pay for damage that they caused not to mention I have not had my car for almost 5 months. I would not recommend this business to anyone to repair any vehicle as they are obviously not capable. The customer service is beyond poor. Stay away from this collision center if you need your car repaired. read more

The staff at Rocco's are fantastic. They make it easy to work with insurance companies. Updates were given on a regular basis...they called me, I didn't have to call them. When the work was finished, I was extremely impressed!! My kids thought I got a brand new car. I would definitely recommend them. read more

I am terribly disappointed in how 'down hill' the level of service has gone. I have used Rocco's in the past and received great service and job well done. So much so, that I have referred many business associates and friends. Fast forward 3 years...during a recent visit, to have a bumper replaced on my BMW, I was greeted by a woman by the name of 'Maria'. Maria was friendly and "seemed" as though she knew what she was doing. Without going into all of the minutiae, she failed in delivering promises and follow through. I called to speak to the GM 'Angelo' and shared my situation. I asked if there had been a change in ownership because dealing with Rocco's now was like night and day compared to my last experiences over the years. He assured me there hasn't been any management change and apologized for, what he too agreed, was poor service. After our conversation and deciding that I couldn't trust the service at Rocco's, I asked for the owners name and contact information. Angelo quickly informed me, that wasn't going to happen "I'm the next guy in line and he doesn't take these calls". As a business professional myself, I believe in letting owners know of the good and not so good that goes on with their business. Not being able to talk with the owner, really? My bumper has been replaced by the BMW dealership and all is well on my end. BMW got the revenue and a new customer.
