We had an excellent experience at Carshop. A friend of ours knew we were looking to sell our…read morevehicle and he said they'd give us the best price with no hassle so we had to check it out. We showed up on a Saturday before a blizzard and everyone was busy but we ended up working with Dean Miller who was fantastic. He made the process quick and easy and got right to the point. He was honest and didn't waste our time, which we appreciated. If you want to sell your vehicle and get the maximum payout-check out Carshop and ask for Dean!

If I could give zero stars, I would. CarShop Mt. Holly is an absolute joke of a dealership that…read morescams people into buying unreliable junk cars, and I unfortunately fell victim to their shady business practices. I bought a 2009 Honda Accord LXP from them less than a year ago, and it has turned out to be a complete money pit. First of all, when I picked up the car, it was disgusting--full of pet hair, filth, and who knows what else. I had to clean it myself just to make it somewhat usable. That should've been my first red flag, but I figured I could deal with it. What I didn't expect was that the real nightmare was just beginning. Shortly after purchase, I noticed the car was burning oil like crazy. I now have to add half a quart of oil every 500 miles--that is not normal, and they clearly sold me a car with major mechanical issues. This is beyond unacceptable for a vehicle they assured me was in "good condition." Of course, when I reached out to them about this issue, they refused to do anything. They wouldn't honor any type of warranty, coverage, or even basic decency. They took my money and left me with a car that is quite literally burning itself up. This was my first car, a gift from my parents. This dealership is dishonest, untrustworthy, and only cares about making a quick buck off unsuspecting buyers. They do not stand behind their cars, and once you drive off the lot, you're on your own--no matter how badly they screwed you over. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from CarShop Mt. Holly unless you want to waste thousands on a lemon. I'll be warning everyone I know about this place, and if you're reading this, take my advice: Go somewhere else.

Lou was conscientious, respectful, earnest and diligent in the car buying process from the moment I…read morecontacted him after finding a listing for a vehicle of interest on a third-party listing service. He reached out promptly and personally to me after sending a generic inquiry about the availability of this vehicle. Connecting with Lou was easy, which I suspect is a universal experience with his agreeable personality and his steadfast focus on delivering excellent customer service. I was particularly impressed by Lou's honesty and anticipation of my concerns from the moment we first interacted in person. In transporting the vehicle from one dealership location to another, he experienced a flagrant issue with the braking performance. He addressed this promptly before I began my test drive in anticipation that I would perceive this issue, and he guaranteed that all brake rotors and pads would be replaced before leaving the lot at no cost to me. He not only permitted but encouraged an independent test drive with my wife and infant child, allowing me to install my child's car seat into the vehicle so that we could get the true feel of what it would be like as a family driving in the vehicle. When we returned, he was interested in our feedback and allowed us to ask questions without steering us toward a sale. When we had concerns about the vehicle history, he was able to help me and my wife interpret that information. When we entered the sale negotiation, Lou dealt with me fairly. Despite an unfavorable negotiation outcome from my side of the table, the deal was still worth it, and we came to an agreement of sale. Lou fulfilled his guarantee to replace all four brake rotors and pads, and he also fulfilled my request to restore function to a malfunctioning key fob. From the time I arrived to the time I left the lot with the purchased vehicle, which included two separate test drives, Q&A/discussion with Lou, working out financing and other paperwork, and having the vehicle serviced, it took about 5 hours. I was very pleased with the service Lou provided. Lou went beyond his duties to assist me with pairing my mobile phone with the Bluetooth system in the vehicle even after the sale had been finalized. He did this when he was getting ready to depart to take a late lunch at 3:00 PM. The ordeal took 20 minutes, and he never once lost focus on trying to meet my needs even after the sale was made on a trivial task of pairing my phone with the vehicle. I highly recommend speaking with Lou if you're in the market for a used car. Lou might even change your mind about the stereotypical used car salesman stereotype of which many people are skeptical. His sincerity and diligence in providing excellent customer service is noteworthy.

I had an appointment in Cherry Hill that ended early so I called Cherry Hill Nissan to see if they could get me in for an oil change and tire rotation. After 5 minutes holding someone finally picked up and informed me the service manager will try to get me in and someone will call right back. After having 30 minute lunch and no call back I called Mt. Holly Nissan because they would not be far out of my way home and had the pleasure of talking with Cassie Lenatti. I asked Cassie the same question as Cherry Hill "can I stop in" .. Simple question for most companies. Cassie did not over promise but asked if I minded holding for a moment and within 30 seconds returned and said "NO PROBLEM" I arrived 15 minutes later and was immediately checked in with an IPad and was made aware of a recall for the transmission system but was assured I would be done within an hour so I could pick my son up from school. While waiting I received an email from Mt Holly to review their website so I went directly to service specials where I saw the 19.95 oil change and took a screenshot waiting for the surprise bill but it never came. Within 45 minutes of arriving the recall, oil change and tire rotation was done and Cassie reviewed the bill and inspection completed. No one that I know enjoys dealing with car…read moresalespeople, they have proven over time to be less than honorable and in some case flat out full of sh??! I leased a second car for my son at Mount Holly Nissan dealership for no other reason than it's easy to roll over. That's it. Not because this dealership is special or they employ super personnel there or their 24k car is better than Fords 24k car. It was just easier for me, my time is valuable. DO NOT BUY from this dealership if the DETAILS of your signed paperwork matter. This is the second time over two separate leases thaT EITHER at the signing moment /day and time something was not on paper the way it was presented , or that post delivery of the car some issue that is not and SHOULD NOT be your responsibility is now going to cost you the buyer money out of pocket. I would NOT send a friend or member of my family there if details matter to that person. My situation has still not been resolved as of March 15 2026. If they do the right thing , I'll gladly retract this review.
