I highly recommend this vendor and plan to use them for any upcoming home improvements. Five stars.

**Excellent Service from Start to Finish - Highly Recommend!**…read more Malek from Sider Construction exceeded our expectations in every way. After finding him on Yelp (where his stellar reviews caught my attention), he responded promptly with a detailed and fair estimate that gave me confidence in moving forward. One thing that impressed me right from the start was his patience when I needed extra time to coordinate with my tenants' schedules. He was understanding and did not make me feel rushed, which speaks volumes about his customer service approach. Malek delivered more than he promised - showing up precisely on time and maintaining clear communication throughout the project. My tenants were equally impressed. The quality of work was great and completed at a (more than) fair price that reflected true value. It's rare to find a contractor who combines reliability, skill, and genuine professionalism so seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sider Construction again and will definitely be recommending Malek to friends and family. I wanted to write a review of the great work that Hugo and…read more Noel did refinishing our living room, kitchen ceiling and three doorways in November. In the living room, Hugo and Noel replaced our dated wood paneling with drywall, refinished one entry way, the baseboards, shoe molding and the room's bay window trim and sill. In the living room, the drywall work was made more challenging as they had to fit it up against the ceiling beams and a fireplace mantle. In the kitchen, they refinished the ceiling and re-framed two doorways, that had dated louvered doors, into beautiful entryways. All work was meticulous, with perfect fit and finish. One example of the attention to detail and craftsmanship was the bay window sill replacement. Hugo took stock sill molding that was wider than the original molding and cut it to size. The result was a sill replacement looked exactly like the original. He even hand sanded the sill's corners to match the curve of the original sill. In all they did, their care for fine workmanship was evident. Words to describe Hugo, Noel and their work: professional, meticulous, prompt, courteous, friendly. Communications were great. Hugo and Noel always explained the work they were going to do that day and at the end of the day, relayed their work schedule for the next day. Each day, they arrived at the time they said they would be at our house. With all work, they took the time to ask and understand what we, as customers, wanted. Throughout the project, they asked for feedback on their work to make sure they were meeting our expectations. We were very satisfied. We highly recommend Hugo and Noel!

The painters were friendly and didn't need any oversight, were friendly, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. We had two hiccups along the way, which both dealt with us adding on painting our front door which I offer as cautionary tales for anyone getting their front door painted: First, the powerwashing of the front door also broke our electronic lock. Patrick was quick to respond and removed the cost of the replacement lock from our invoice. (Very kind, thank you!!) Second, I don't think they told us the right kind of paint to buy because it has always looked too matte and stroke-y, and has lately started to bubble. In the future, I would do more research about what type of paint to buy rather than ask the guy who shows up -- I shouldn't have sprung it on them, even though they were more than happy to do it. Who knew that door paint selection could be such a process? Despite these two notes, I would definitely use Patrick's again in the future. It's hard to find a place that offers great customer service these days, and I am very grateful!
