WOW! WOW! WOW! ASAP Restoration and Construction is the real…read moredeal! If you're dealing with fire or water damage, do yourself a favor and do your research before hiring just anyone. We learned the hard way that many companies make big promises just to win your business. In our case, we had over $500,000 in fire and water damage, and it seemed like everyone else was more concerned about their profit margins than helping us. Some even tried to play games with the insurance company by requesting payment for items that weren't warranted. ASAP Restoration was completely different. They were honest, upfront, and transparent from day one. They took the time to review every budget, selection, and step of the process with us, making sure we understood everything along the way. The entire team is outstanding, and Josh, the owner, truly leads by example. He tells it like it is, doesn't overpromise, and works tirelessly to make sure things get done the right way. His communication is second to none,I'd much rather have someone who over-communicates than leaves me wondering what's happening. Our biggest delay wasn't ASAP at all, it was our mortgage company and lender taking their time to release funds. Throughout that entire process, Josh worked alongside us every step of the way, helping us navigate the challenges and keeping the project moving whenever possible. The finished product looks incredible, and looking back, the extra few weeks it took to get on their schedule was absolutely worth the wait. If you're looking for a restoration company that values honesty, quality, communication, and truly cares about its customers, I can't recommend ASAP Restoration and Construction enough. Thank you to Josh and the entire team for making a difficult situation so much easier!

What an industry! I was up north with my family for the weekend and came home to standing water…read morethroughout the first floor of my house. My first call was to a plumber for help. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, do your research, and call a company that focuses on integrity and quality work. For me, that company was ASAP Restoration.

Kamil Tuma was the one who came to clean our carpets. They don't do Sundays, it seems, but that's…read morenot unusual. He offered us the best price of the companies that responded to our initial request, which was for the carpeted stairs and two small landings, though he did have to raise the price slightly (like $20 or so) when he arrived because our description was not quite accurate. We only used their carpet cleaning service, but I was intrigued when I saw some of the other services they offer, like special floor treatments, listed on the company's van. Clearly, they do more than just clean carpets. He didn't mind when we added to our initial request and was able to quickly quote us a new, fair price once he saw the space. Admittedly, he did end up arriving somewhat after the window he had stated, due to other jobs he had to finish, but I'm sure some jobs take longer than you expect, and it wasn't a problem for us. He was fairly quick and efficient once he arrived, I thought. He started the actual cleaning process by spraying stain remover on the worst spots. He had protection for our stairs' corners from the hoses and tubes and used booties over his shoes once the carpet was wet (as one might expect). He even moved our large, heavy bed in our master bedroom by himself so he could clean the entire carpet in there (part of our updated request). I thought we were going to move it together, but when I asked about it after he had gotten started cleaning, he said he had already moved it! He was friendly and respectful. I think he took something like 90 minutes for the whole job, start to finish, which seemed reasonable to me considering the logistics and size of the job. I told him we may call him again for the one bedroom we left out, and I meant it. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Momentum's carpet cleaning service, especially if you don't need them to come exactly in the window.

We communicated was good and we were flexible to be able to change times for them when they had last minute change in their schedule. They send a picture of the tech who will be arriving at your place. He was nice and we talked about the square footage to be cleaned in tile and the bedrooms to have the carpet cleaned. They did offer a military discount which I appreciated. Know your square footage it will help you determine the price, sanitation ingredients are more, walk in closet is more type of cleaning head for carpet can also be more although they did throw that in grout sealing can also be more if you want it done and there maybe a destination charge to have them show up. Which they do tell you upfront when you make the appointment. Wife says the grout being clean is not great but maybe it still needs to dry out. The carpets did come out greatI am surprised be all the 5 star reviews and the process and end result for tile and carpet cleaning.

This is really a mixed situation. I've had several companies try to get my roof handled through…read moreinsurance and this is the only company who got it done. The roof so far looks good but I'm waiting for the rains. This company starts off strong but once they have your business that's when the lack of communication starts. They were billing my insurance so much that I had to sit and go over everything they had itemized. One was for skylights I don't even have. And when it came to the insurance, I felt like I was doing most the work having to be the go between and try to get their checks. This roof is probably one of the most expensive roofs after it was all said and done for being just shingles. I've not heard from the sales rep in probably 3 months but get a call from their manager the other day pretty much accusing me of not completely paying, when I try to arrange pick up of the remaining balance several times. The roofing crew left nails a debris all over my yard and I'm still cleaning up. My opinion, if you use them. Document everything. I did on this one and feel like it's really going to be important I did.

Posting for a friend who doesn't have social media (I personally haven't done any business with…read moreSilver City). It's been a nightmare dealing with Silver City. They were assigned by USAA to restore his house after the July monsoon flooding. SC came out early in August and tested ceiling for asbestos, and even removed the popcorn ceiling, exposing the interior roof. About a month later, they came back to test the flooring for asbestos (why couldn't SC test the floor and ceiling at the same time?) and removed some of the damaged carpet. It's now October, and my friend called and left several messages and never heard back, so he drove to visit SC's office personally to complain about about why there's no communication from them. My friend was told SC will reassign his case to a different project mgr. Finally around Thanksgiving, my friend gets a call giving him a move out date to a nearby hotel so SC could work on his house, and was told the repairs would be done around the first week of January. SC packed up his house and moved the rest of his personal possessions into a huge storage unit located on his driveway, removed the old carpet, scraped and removed the asbestos laden popcorn ceiling off and covered the exposed area with plastic, and put plastic around his big screen tv and refrigerator, and removed the oven and dishwasher and moved it into his garage, as well as took out his toilets. In December, my friend is spending the holidays staying at a nearby hotel. But no work is being performed on his house. Maybe because it's the holidays, SC decided to take the holidays off. Shortly after the new year, SC finally calls my friend after not communicating with him since he moved to the hotel, to tell him he'll call him in a few days w/ an update. A few days goes by but SC never called him back. Just last Thursday the adjustor from USAA called my friend to ask his permission to fire SC because apparently USAA tried to reach out to SC several times also and left several messages, and SC didn't return USAA's calls either. So USAA said they're done dealing with SC and assigned a new restoration company to fix his house. And now my friend has to start the wait all over again. The USAA adjustor is well aware that my friend has been living in a hotel since Thanksgiving weekend and couldn't be more apologetic for all the delays and no communication and (almost) no work done by SC. I just hope SC doesn't keep my friends possessions they put in the storage unit hostage. Read the Yelp reviews here. I notice many positive reviews are at least a couple years ago, so the quality of their customer service has declined during the pandemic. Sure, there are supply chain issues now, however SC's problem is their lack of communication to the customer AND TO USAA. Why USAA still continues to assign SC to their members in spite of the negative reviews here is beyond me. If your insurance company assigns Silver City to be your restoration company, you may want to pass and either ask for a different company, or if you do your research, you may find another company that has better reviews and doesn't blow off their customers. USAA originally trusted SC to repair my friend's house, and then fired them. That should tell you something about the integrity of SC.
