Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with how this project turned out. The job was left with…read moremultiple unresolved issues, including permanent Sharpie marks on the shower trim, a significant amount of grout smeared on the tiles that can no longer be removed, a cracked tile that was never repaired, and a tile that is hollow underneath. Additionally, much of the grout is now cracking and will need to be redone. I previously requested that these issues be addressed, but each time a worker was sent, the problem areas were either not corrected or were handled poorly and left incomplete. Beyond these unresolved items, my overall experience has been extremely frustrating. During the project, there was an incident where my home was flooded, causing damage to drywall and other interior areas. I also experienced unprofessional conduct on-site, including workers consuming my personal alcoholic beverages, leaving trash behind, getting mortar on walls and doors, and using my personal tools without permission. There were also multiple no-shows, repeated rework (2-3 times) to achieve even a minimally acceptable result, and significant delays in project completion.

They mixed concrete on my back lawn, leaving a 3' square area of cement residue, as well as cement at the base of the wall in the grass. They also dumped concrete debris in my trash bin instead of removing it...I'm 73 and couldn't move it...had to have a neighbor help get it to the curb. I complained when asked for feedback, and they apologized and had him come back the same day to chip it out and haul it away, I was pleased with the response, and I hope this will not happen on any other of his jobs! He and his crew were good workers, but may need more monitoring....

I'll start with the estimate- they replied to our inquiry so quickly as well as came to our house on time and gave us a quote within 24 hours. The quote was right on par with what the ending balance ended up being give or take a few add ons we requested at the last minute. We also loved that he has Yelp Guarantee, which put us at ease of mind when it came to hiring. Communication- he was incredibly professional with his communication with us and always prompt with a quick response when we had questions during the renovation.
