I've been coming for over 4 years now - hard to believe I haven't reviewed this place so this is…read morelong overdue. The level of service is amazing. I still remember my first visit - I was really determined to quit smoking but unhappy with the mod I bought online. The staff checked my mod which we deemed was defective. I found another one here, affordable, & juices I loved. Needless to say, I've not once picked up the stinky sticks since. I moved away for a few years & upon coming back to Chicago, I'm happy to be back. Same great service, selection, & prices. Recently, I stopped in on Sunday, desperate. The tank on my mod was leaking all over the place & I knew a replacement was due. Joseph recommended me the perfect tank, coils to go with, & of course, I had to get another bottle of some juice. (Also recommended but a new favorite!) if you're thinking about dropping cigarettes or already enjoy vaping, pay this place a visit. While it may look small, the selection's great, prices are affordable, & service is stellar.

He was totally cool with me, very talkative and not FAKE like most store workers are (aka forced to be cheerful by their boss). I have no doubt that basically ALL the negative comments here are complete BULLSHIT. I say this because, as Tony told me, he is LEGALLY applied to kick anyone out who is trying to buy anything illegal to smoke his products with- therefor; when he tries to HELP someone who is whispering to him "can I ask you a question?" And he replies with: "Sure! As long as it's not illegal, because I'll be required to kick you out of the store!" He is NOT trying to piss you off. So, for being so illogical and trying to point a finger at someone else (because it's never your fault, right), you decide: "Man, this dudes a fuckin' ASSHOLE! I'm gonna go to yelp and post a piece of shit lie of a "review". Last thing, if Smoke Dreams was SO homophobic, why on EARTH would they hire an openly gay man? PLEASE, answer me that, if anything. Stop trying to give an awesome shop, with awesome products, and AMAZING customer service a bad name simply because you never mentally matured passed the age of 1, and can't admit when you're wrong (or even realize that someone is trying to HELP you to avoid making trouble for himself AND you). He doesn't WANT to kick anyone out. Leave him at piece, he's just trying to avoid conflict. Sincerely, Cae (xoxox Tony, we LOVE the knew bong).

Discovered this place a few weeks ago & grabbed my usual bottle of vape juice. All was fine until…read moremy second visit. The packaging looked eerily similar, but was in a box. I didn't think much of it as this brand has changed their packaging previously. (They went from glass bottles to plastic.) Sadly, upon opening this when I got home, I realize not only was it the WRONG brand, the bottle is HALF the size. I was given the wrong juice altogether, with Sapphire Nic to be added... when it clearly states on the packaging that the juice ALREADY contains nicotine. I was also charged more for this. I guess I should stick to ordering from online vendors. [EDIT] I just bumped up my review upon a third visit this evening. Thankfully they're open late! Going back, I wasn't expecting much. However, upon speaking to someone else & explaining the situation, I was at least allowed to exchange the previous purchase. (Most shops I've gone to do not allow refunds or exchanges.) I left a happier camper than when I first walked in & that's all I could've asked for.
