Here's the setup: you get buzzed in and choose what you want from a kiosk. I found this part a little intimidating because I couldn't search for the vibe I wanted - body, euphoria, happy, creative. Things like Hybrid, Sativa, Indica really mean nothing to me. I was choosing on color and packaging alone and almost bought something good for a restful night's sleep when I was trying to turn up for a concert lmao. I asked a guy who was there doing product demo for help. Even though he wasn't an employee he was supremely helpful and steered me in the right direction. After placing my order I was out in 2 minutes. I'm an old school water bong or brownies type of gal, but for $21 these gummies hit the spot. Support Black-owned businesses folks! read more

HORRIBLE customer service at this location yesterday. I know they only accept cash or debit card but fair-skinned guy refused my debit card because it was Apple Pay. They send me to Trader Joe's Next door and I come back and they can't find my order even though they said they would save it while I got cash back. The other employee goes, "he had to go next door? Devastating," after already having an attitude with me before she even realized I had just been there 5 minutes prior. Tried to make me leave and come back a SECOND time cause they charge way more than the listed price then get defensive when you call them on it. $33 for a gram and a lighter is CRAZY! Their selection isn't even that good either. By far, the WORST dispensary I've been to while in Chicago, and I will not be coming back. They also don't like walk-in orders because they're lazy and slow--so please keep this in mind if for some odd reason you still decide to come here. The only thing this dispensary has going for it is the location, but going out of the way for good service is always worth it! read more

Besides parking this place was cool. I went with a friend to pickup her order and the process was smooth. The people were kind. Because it was 4/20 they had a great sale of 42% off for members. Which is great for value considering the taxes she paid and to promote larger purchases. The selection of items seemed plentiful because from the eye it appeared to be at least 6-7 big brand vendors that they have available. I got a keychain and a beautiful donut to celebrate my experience. Lol. The decor was cute to me also. I guess places like this should be a vibe. read more

Selection has dwindled, high prices. Due to proximity I would shop here often for concentrates; prices were fair and there would be a good selection. Now there are only a handful of items to choose from with prices that don't justify the quality and potency. Others shops have the same items or better for lower prices. read more

Almost scared to tell y'all how good this place is. Been to both the south loop and Logan square locations several times, and every single time, I am blown away. Product is always solid -- let's start there. Tried some of their bud, beverages, and edibles on different visits. Prices rock. Sunnyside has me paying like I'm a high schooler getting ripped off on my first pick up -- Grasshopper Club would never!!! The folks inside at both locations are some of the nicest people on earth, and know what tf they are talking about. I thought I hated using dispensaries before I found Grasshopper Club. Excellent experience. Very convenient. Staff is chill but professional. Great deals available + got a free Fig Farms spliff, great value. Variety excellent as well: I could find all my fave brands: Daze Off, Cresco, Rev, Tales, Wyld, Lost Farm, etc. They stock properly, charge properly, treat customers properly.
