The service here is truly based off which staff member you get. I've learned to dangle around until the one that's more helpful is available. That will come with just coming in regularly. They have a variety of selections. I have found a liking to Simply Herb and Ozone. They are mellow with a great vibe. I have read on multiple sources that they can skim you on the measurements but I have not yet been able to confirm and will update soon. The value of the products are amazing and their new program builds points at an incredible speed based on your spending. I highly recommend. Update coming soon. read more

Great spot to grab some treats if in the area. They offer a discount to veterans and med card holders. Discounts aren't stackable. Huge parking lot on site which is convenient. Wide selection of products here, easy order online and pick up process. The service is good from checking in to revenging your goodies. Glad I was able to visit. read more

10/10 guys! I'm staying in Chinatown and it was the closes to me. It's an easy hop on the train one stop and walk a block, or a 5 min drive, which I did and they had a parking lot, so parking was easy to find. I placed my order online, so I had time to look through their menu and placed my order, easy peasy. When I got there, I got checked in right away, paid, and picked up my order. The staff is nice but the way they have the dispensary set up is stupid. It takes forever and there are too many steps before you receive the product. I don't know why I have to go to stations like i'm at a child craft fair just to get weed. First, they make you order on the kiosk but the orders don't always go through so then you just end up redoing at the counter when you pay which wastes more time! After you order on the kiosk you then wait in line for them to pull up the order, pay, and print a receipt. Then you have to take your receipt and wait by the pick up window for them to call you. Why can't I just go in order from a human and then have the same person ring me up and hand me my weed. Why do I have to participate in an obstacle course first? And on top of that, their prices are high. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff but their menu is almost unusable. Do yourself a favor and do your shopping online before going in or you will be scrolling and searching forever. I actually gave up and went to a different dispensary because it was going to take longer to sort through their menu than just go elsewhere. They have a great selection with higher prices and tons of coupons and stuff so I assume that would bring prices down to match others. I personally find coupons and special days to shop unnecessary gimmicks that makes purchasing much more difficult. I won't consider going back until there are better sort options on the menu. Ascend has a much better sort on their menu and price checking pays off. read more
