The meat was seasoned well, tender and juicy. My only dry taco was the carnitas but that's a foreseeable problem, given the meat. I was satisfied with six but could have eaten more. The name lives up to the product. After eating, I was very happy, indeed. It seems that Donelson gets more 'hip' and excitingly culinary by the week. Happy Taco certainly adds to its cred.
