Took my rough collie for a bath and summer cut. Instructions were to cut down to 1 inch to resemble a smooth collie. She SHAVED her!!

Fantastic Job. Brought my babies here for grooming and…read morethey were perfect. I had very specific requests for grooming and they did it exactly. I didn't know until I looked at my receipt that this place is the same as Bentley's.... but maybe geared more towards grooming. They do have a small store with food and accessories, but not as much as you would find at a regular Bentley's.

Inconsistent Policies and Customer Service…read more I have been bringing both of my dogs to The Barking Lot for grooming for over a year. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed. On one day, I brought in one of my dogs and was never asked to provide proof of his rabies vaccination, even though I had the documentation with me. The very next day, I brought in my other dog. He was approximately one month overdue for his rabies vaccine, and I had already scheduled his vaccination appointment for the following day. When I arrived, a different employee asked for his rabies tag and refused to accept him for grooming because I did not have it. What frustrates me most is the lack of consistency. If proof of vaccination is required, that policy should be applied equally to all customers and by all employees. Instead, one dog was accepted without any verification, while the other was turned away the next day. To make matters worse, when I later attempted to schedule another appointment online, my request was simply rejected without any explanation or communication. Beyond these issues, the front desk experience has often felt unwelcoming, with interactions coming across as passive-aggressive rather than customer-focused. I understand and respect the importance of vaccination requirements, but customers deserve consistent enforcement of policies, clear communication, and professional service. After over a year as a customer, this experience has been very disappointing.

We took our two (now one) dogs to Noah's Animal Hospital in Wheaton for care…read more First dog was diagnosed with a torn ACL and we were quoted upwards of $10,000 to repair. Needless to say, we looked elsewhere for care. While on the operating room table the new vet told us he was fine and needed no surgery. He's running like normal today with no surgery. Second dog was brought in to Noah's Animal Hospital in Wheaton with joint swelling and in respiratory distress, and what do you know, they diagnosed her with a torn ACL. I told the vet they were wrong, and they re-diagnosed her with Lyme Disease without a test, gave a script, and sent us on our way. 12 hours later she passed. 12 hours after seeing a vet that saw nothing emergent. 12 hours after Noah's Animal Hospital wanted to perform a knee surgery on my dying dog. 12 hours after it took someone with an art degree to tell them there was something other than a bad knee going on. If you love your animals, Noah's Animal Hospital in Wheaton is the last place you should seek care.

Dr. Olech was honest with me about his diet and his health and the way his cocoa puffs should be. The fruits, greens, and veggies he put in the comments i bought what i could find. Ive been doing what he told me as well with his pellets, head tilt, fruits, greens, and veggies. The receptionists were amazing as well. The adorable kitty DJ was so gentle with my rabbit licking him, grooming him, sniffing him. DJ was so curious as well. Hes friendly too. The coffee is yummy (cinnamon). Its so clean in the lobby and the exam room. Dr. Olech and his vet tech were again gentle with Claymore. I'll be there again for Claymores appointment next year too!!!! The atmosphere is welcoming. I walked in and i felt calm knowing Claymore was in good hands even though ive never been to his office before. Claymore even booped Dr. Olech which he doesn't do to just anyone, only if he's comfortable. Ill be staying with Noah's Animal Hospital for a long time as well. Thank you Dr. Olech and Vet team
