After the 1st couple of days to settle in, the staff - with permission - let them out to roam, and our most gregarious cat just loves it. The others venture out for pets and exploring, but our Wolfie likes to socialize and seek out the best beds and snacks. He gets rounded up and put in his kennel at night, and we can view them on video if we log in (as provided for each 'accommodation'). The staff are nice and seem to enjoy and get to know the cats. One caveat: it is a Cat Hotel and suited to accommodate the cats 'wants' and preferences. It is not pristine, gets a little funky smelling, and housekeeping and fresh towels are not on demand. Boxes are checked, food is served, and our cats have yet to complain that the pool is not kept clean, so judging from their reticence to check out, it works for them. Windows for bird watching, lots of perches to explore, and they get to roam and not be cooped up which I know they appreciate. Excellent value and flexible customer service (we've missed a flight before, and had a "at the deadline" pick up, and there were no problems). I think the cats prefer it to staying stuck at home and having someone drop-in to feed, water, and check on them.

My cat has asthma, so when I made the reservation with PetSmart, they ensured me that they could take my cat and give him his inhaler. The day that I was to drop my cat off to PetSmart, someone from the store calls me telling me that they can't take my cat because of his asthma. Extremely upset, and worried, I started looking for another place to send my cat, as I was leaving the next morning on a very early flight. I called Cat Sitting Hotels, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up a reservation. I told them about my cat's asthma and they told me that they were trained in how to administer inhalers for cats, another huge relief. The facility is super cute and cozy. Super nice staff who are genuine cat lovers. The cats get alot of free time outside of their kennels. I love the webcams where you can see your loved one whenever you want and they ask you questions about your cats personality, feedings, and more. It was a successful stay from him last time, so I have used them again since then and plan to again. I am seeing some other reviews with claims of injuries to cats and other things. Not saying that these reviews aren't true, just that I have not had those experiences so far. One note of critique is to make sure that you keep your proof of payment, specifically surrounding your deposit. They charge a 200.00 deposit for stays during the holidays, and when I dropped my cat off, I was quoted the full price of his stay. I had to remind the person helping me of my deposit to ensure that I was charged correctly.

My absolute hope is that my review helps throw some business in their direction because they truly deserve it after how they helped me and my family out of a difficult situation. My particular situation was that my family was relocating to Seattle with 4 cats. We set things up for Purrfect Cat Boarding to look after our cats for 2 weeks in early December. Things got a little difficult because it took us longer than we had hoped to find a place to live. This meant we had to extend our cat's stay through early January. Due to the Christmas and New Years holidays they were fully booked (they gave us plenty of notice of this too). Even though it wasn't really their fault, once we let Gordon and Rachael (the owners) know about our predicament, they were absolutely wonderful. Even though they were fully booked they went out of their way to figure out how to keep our cats there, rather than forcing us to find last minute accommodations. This saved my family (and most importantly our kitties) a lot of added stress during an already difficult time. On top of all of this, they were extremely nice and very welcoming to us the entire time even though we were new to the area. On top of their handling of our situation, they also have an extremely clean and quiet facility. The people who work for Gordon and Rachael are without a doubt 100% cat people. They treated my cats as if they were members of their own family. As an added bonus they were also extremely friendly and very helpful whenever we asked them about anything. In closing, I would absolutely go back again and I highly recommend that you take your cats there too. Purrfect Cat Boarding deserves their stellar reputation and I would 100% trust them to watch my 4 cats again.

They only take cats and they are never in a cage, they each have a little room, usually with a window and a little tree or something to climb and scratch. Nancy fell in love with my boy Liam and he allowed her to brush him and seemed very happy by all the pictures I got. You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing. They all just like looking at one another. Thanks again Nancy. As soon as I know we are going away, I will call you!

From the moment I visited the space for a tour during their open house, I was blown away by the thoughtfulness and care that the owners put into the space - to not only make the lodge an enriching and welcoming place for cats but also in helping pet parents feel at ease and comfortable leaving a member of the family in their care. Each day, we received a detailed boarding report card/care update which included info on our cat's comfort and behavior, litter box usage, eating and hydration updates, activity and enrichment notes. There is also a 'Best moment of the Day' inclusion where you get a fun nugget of information about any new cat friends or funny/sweet shareable moments. We also received multiple photos with each report (our favorite part!) which we looked forward to every single day. As a new pet owner, this was our family's first ever boarding experience and if I could give Whisker's Lodge 10 stars, I absolutely would. We plan to bring our cat back for our next vacation and would definitely recommend this location to others seeking a similar accommodation. We got the Deluxe Suite which my cat would probably describe as a 'Mini Kitty Mansion' and it was plenty of space but I also really enjoyed how much individualized enrichment/exploration time the cats receive out of the suites. My cat also got to try some real wild salmon which was such a treat! I'm sure she would have been happy to stay longer and enjoy the luxurious pampering. Thank you Kip and John!

We didn't even see it until hours before we were supposed to drop her off. When my husband called to sort it out she claimed she was fully booked and hung up on him. Thankfully we found Purrfect Cat Boarding the same day. No mountains of paperwork and rules you'll be punished for deviating from. And no mailing checks like we're not living in the 21st Century! I sent the email below to her and never received a response. TLDR: She will cancel on you at the last minute if you deviate from her rules, leaving you potentially out hundreds of dollars or scrambling for last minute boarding elsewhere which isn't exactly great for your cat. Hi Carolyn, I am writing to say how deeply disappointed I am. My husband and I have been taking our cat to you for probably close to a decade. We have never once been late with a deposit (except when a cheque got lost in the mail Xmas 2020 when there were known USPS issues) and we sorted that out right away. I admit that there might have been some confusion. In your previous bookings you have specifically specified the amount due at drop off. Twice in your emails this time, the amount you stated specifically mentioned the total amount and stated due at drop off. My husband and I have been dealing with a family emergency so we thought we were all right paying the full amount at drop off since you hadn't indicated otherwise. For some reason, that i can't fathom, this entire booking has felt adversarial. When we asked if we could drop off sooner because you specifically describe your hours as "preferred", we were met with a one word email reply "NO." Your previous email regarding medication implied that we somehow lied about her taking pill pockets. Now, when my husband calls you to try and sort out this mess- of which I was only aware of because I was checking my email to make sure I had the correct amount for the cheque to give to you later today) you tell him that you have no more space and hang up on him. I'm sorry, but what exactly did we do to deserve this type of treatment, besides being a loyal customer for nearly ten years? You have left us completely high and dry, scrambling to find boarding for our 18-year old cat, on a Sunday, which I am sure you are well aware of. How exactly is this good for her welfare? I am deeply troubled by this behaviour and it goes without saying that we won't be using or recommending you again.

Beyond the immaculately clean space and "condos", the owner is so respectful of the cats themselves. She is very calm and reassuring and organized. The rates are inline with other boarding facilities in the greater Bothell/Woodinville area. The website is FULL of current, useful information. I previously left Kitty at another facility and she used to come back so stressed out and unhappy and usually either caught a cold or came home with one (maybe due to the stress?). At PurrInn they respected that Kitty didn't really like other cats and did what they could to minimize Kitty's stress. Every cat gets some play time every day and Kitty didn't come home starved for attention!! I really felt like Kitty was cared for and loved just as well as she is at home and will not hesitate to board her with PurrInn the next time.

I have booked cat sitting with them for 3 times since last year. We actually have everything automated at home (food, water, litter boxes), so our expectation for cat sitters is just to provide company for our three kitties. Anna and Emma were great with hanging out with them and making sure everything was ok. However, we had some issues when David visited our cats during our most recent trip. Maybe the behavior I'm describing below doesn't bother you and in that case I would recommend you to use their service. Though I think it is important for us to share our experience. We saw on our camera (which we told them about) that David found a box of nuts in our kitchen and ate some from it every time he was there. I couldn't care less about the value of the nuts but the lack of boundary really bothered me. This made us lose trust in him and wonder what he could be doing in our house when we are not around. It is a shame but because of this, we will not be booking any service from Bellevue Pet Sitters anymore.
