I keep up on her annual exams and vaccines, and had to visit once for a sick visit in these 3 years due to vomiting, and they got me in same day. I am so grateful to this team. From the very first time we came to CCC, I have been impressed and relieved by Dr. Alex's gentle manner. In fact the whole staff seems to share the same quiet, calm and gentle manner. My cat is now an old lady and needs monthly injections. The staff are all caring and kind and we are in and out in about ten minutes for these visits. I also appreciate Dr. Alex always personally calling or emailing me as soon as labs have been read. He explains all issues and possible courses of action. They only take cats and they are never in a cage, they each have a little room, usually with a window and a little tree or something to climb and scratch. You hear of all these sitting services never showing up to feed or play with animals and my family had a tragedy happen when a boarding service kept our dog in a cage instead of the run we ordered, and something horrific happened so I will forever be scared. Nancy understands how much we love our cats and how worried we get for our little bundles of dopamine. I will always recommend Snuggles! The house is clean and well looked after and there is clear plexiglass between the kitty rooms and my cat just stared at the other cats. No fights or hissing.
