He also walked me through exactly what he did. They conveniently sent me an invoice that I could pay electronically. Great service. Great value. And great people doing the work. Highly recommend.

My niece wanted to file with bbb. She research this company and he had his license suspended. I was like what ? She showed me. The company is shady. They also come into our house with dirty feet and not cover over their shoes. We don't like that. They need to respect people's house. We ended up looking into someone else who was more Professional and nicer. Plus we did file with the bbb.

They kept all work areas clean and even wore booties over their boots which I appreciated very much in the in-climate weather. Jenine the office manager was a huge help to me in selecting the new products that were installed and for coordinating a date that worked well. Job was completed in a very timely manner and was fairly priced. I will definitely be a return customer to this company, thank you!

Something lets go, there's the sound of rushing water, and the whole downstairs fills up with steam. It was so thick I couldn't even see a foot in front of me in the basement as my plumber, Darren Powers, talked me through on the phone how to shut the furnace down, and which valve to turn to get the water to stop. Man! What a mess.... Darren was such a help to me. Though he had been up since early that morning working a job when I reached him at around 7:00 pm, he came over as soon as he could around 9:00 pm and worked on stabilizing things until about 10:30 pm so nothing else would happen. Because it was Saturday, he wasn't able to come back until Monday after gathering all the parts and equipment needed to fix the furnace and burst pipe line. I've known Darren for years, and he's helped me on many occasions. Each time, he came as soon as he could, did great work, and cleaned up the resulting mess after. I've trusted him numerous times to come in to do his work even when I wasn't home. And he's always been more than fair with not only his prices, but also his time. It doesn't get any better than that. Thanks, Darren. You're not only a great vendor, but I'm glad to have you as a friend.

Our tech Alex arrived on time as promised. After trying and failing to clear it, he arrived at the same conclusion. Another thing that impressed me was that he did not try to add on additional services or products. Also when I asked him about a separate issue, he admitted that he was not familiar with the problem. He did not try to bluff his way through it. He admitted what he did not know. That means we could trust his recommendations. I would definitely call them in the future.
