WOW, I can't remember when I spoke to a customer service rep as rude and unprofessional as Lacy…read more A few months ago, I purchased a few thousand dollars in Tile from this company. I had a problem with the installation and called to get replacement and possibly look at some more. She indicated to me that her first appointment to come into the showroom was a month out. When attempted to indicate that I already had product that I just needed to order more, she said "we're not a good fit for you" and hung up on me. I run 3 businesses... dealing with difficult clients and customer service. Behavior like this is never acceptable. Motor Mouth Lacy, in a condescending, rude, and aggressive tone hung up on me before I could explain that I was a customer looking for prior product. I actually called back to get Lacy's name, I said to her that I didn't appreciate her condescending tone, lack of professionalism and she hung up on me again. At no time did I raise my voice in either conversation, use profanity's or calls names. Frankly, she hung up on me less than 30 seconds after I got on to the phone. I imagine Lacy is either part owner or family member. I can't actually imagine anyone with her lack of skills and behavior is actually employed. Or maybe the employers don't know about her behavior.. that frequently happens.

Stonehenge Custom Home remodeled our medium sized bathroom on time and on budget. One of the many…read morethings we loved about Stonehenge is that they allowed us to purchase materials ourselves. We found a smart toilet and tile that we liked, so we purchased it and had it on site when the remodel started. Jerry managed the project from start to finish making sure that everything ran smoothly. Anthony was always available and very and very informative about project details and tidelines. Gabe installed the shower and floor tile and did an incredible job. He exceeded our expectations. The large niche is exactly what I wanted. We kept our existing vanity but had a new countertop installed with an undermount sink it it's beautiful. The electrician and plumber were affiant, knowledgeable, kept the area they were working on clean and completed all the work on time, so they kept the project moving along. Stonehenge Custom Home exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable, honest, high-quality company to work in your home. We will use them again.

He always did well in setting expectations of what's next which was a bit of a challenge during the pandemic which caused constraints on his resources. The design team was quite talented with great ideas for tile choices. Their mockups of the shower really helped in the decision making process. His team arrived when they said they would and sometimes would even arrive early. Their work was of great quality and they were very professional and respectful when they were in our home. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them.

So needless to say I was excited that Emerald Install responded quickly when I reached out. One downside was they charge for a measure to give a quote. The measure was professional and informative, but then the quote didn't come for weeks. I was tempted to blow them off but they apologized, explained what happened, and I decided to give them a chance. Install happened on time, work was done professionally, and the end result looks great. So while it was a bit bumpy road, I'm hopeful they'll work out the process kinks in quoting and I'd still recommend them for a tile job and hire them again for my home.

He had a nice selection of high quality, but reasonably priced, flooring covering options and helped us identify the LVP flooring we were trying to match in our new house. Due to construction delays, we put the selection of new flooring on hold. A few weeks later my contactor removed some of the existing LVP floor to do foundation work. When my contractor was then unable to reinstall the floor, we panicked since it was critical for the next stage of our remodel. I immediately reached out to Alexander at Emerald Installation. He was AMAZING! Alexander came over that same afternoon and reinstalled the flooring. It was beautiful, and just in time for the next stage of construction. We don't know what we would have done without his help and expertise. I can't recommend Emerald Installation & Floors enough! They truly save the day for us!!!!!
