The owner, Jeremy Inman, is directly tied to WDGT LLC, another landscaping and concrete business that has a well-documented history of unethical business practices. My wife and I hired WDGT LLC for a large-scale project, trusting them with over $75,000, expecting professional and timely completion of the work. However, after completing less than a third of the agreed-upon work, they abandoned the project, leaving us with $45,000+ in uncompleted services. After disappearing, Jeremy shut down WDGT LLC and refused all communication. Despite our multiple attempts to contact him directly and through legal representation--including delivering a letter to the address associated with both businesses--he has continued to avoid any responsibility. What's more alarming is that he has now resumed soliciting work under Pro West Landscape LLC, a business that appears to be following the same pattern as WDGT LLC. We've received numerous messages from others who had similar experiences, confirming that Jeremy continues to take large deposits from unsuspecting clients without delivering on his promises. It's disheartening and frustrating that someone can run off with tens of thousands of dollars, shut down one business, and simply start another under a different name to repeat the same unethical practices. We've even seen posts from Jeremy himself boasting about acquiring expensive new equipment shortly after abandoning our project. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would recommend looking elsewhere for landscaping services. They communicated every step of the way and made sure the project was done right. After excavating the driveway and putting in the gravel, Colby came back twice to ensure that the gravel was level and there was no puddling. Fantastic! Then, when it came time to do the coloring for the patio, they took the time to make sure the weather was going to allow the color to cure. I was impressed that they took the time to do the job right, even though it meant waiting a couple weeks for the rain to subside long enough to do it. Jon and his team were knowledgeable and obviously enjoy what they do. Since we are originally from another part of the country we relied upon Jon and his arborist to help us navigate what plants would be best. They were patient and helpful, quickly narrowing down the plant selection to what we wanted, native and edible plants that are low maintenance. Additionally, as the driveway was being prepared, I needed to get new culverts installed. The originals were undersized, and the new ones look much more adequate. The crew of up to 15 people lead by Freddy, showed up on time and worked diligently for four days; two road prep, one long day of asphalt, and one day to put gravel along all roadway edges. The paving day was pretty exciting! At one point there were 10 asphalt trucks lined up to keep the project moving along! The new road looks fabulous. The $190k job came in with a 4% overage for asphalt and gravel. Some of that was due to our last minute request for a change. The office staff was very professional and accommodating as we requested multiple hard copies and repeat emails of communications, invoices and receipts. The whole thing happened so quickly. Matt responded right away when we requested a quote. Once we decided to go forward we were in the schedule to start in two weeks. The work week had no problems at all and was finished in 4 days
