I hired Cross Masonry LLC - Jamie Cross, to build two large stone columns at my driveway entrance…read more The worked looked good and I paid over $5,000 for the project. Within a short time one of the columns started to lean and the footing it was built on failed. I reached out to Jamie Cross and explained the problem, to which he replied "Ill never do another project that requires footings". Over the next three months I made numerous requests and could not get Jamie Cross to even come by and inspect the problem, let alone offer to fix it. Ive learned a lesson and have hired another contractor to correct the problem. Cross Masonry gets one star! I would not recommend doing business with this contractor, he doesnt stand behind his work!

When I do have a large concrete job, I will not use this company. I'm feeling generous with the 3 stars, but I don't really want to hurt this business. I just want to share with the community that this company did not do work for me and I believe it was because it was a small job. I think they'll only communicate with you if you have a large job.
