The front of my retaining wall project looks great!…read more But they 'finished' without leveled lawn or top soil, just uneven fill dirt, and covered my water valve access in a foot of dirt. New poured walkway did not have control joints and isn't sloped downhill away from my house. Instead of concrete steps they used retaining wall blocks without caps and left an awkward 3/4 step. Jorge did work with me on some corrections I wanted but I never saw him on site. Issues might have resulted in loss of communication to his team. I've already spent 6 hours cleaning up and leveling what they left me.
