Every time we had any questions or concerns he addressed them right away. Communication was great throughout the entire process. They installed a Trex deck. A privacy fence surrounding our property, and a beautiful gazebo over a paver patio and retaining wall/seating wall. The free lights they installed make it even better. They surpassed our expectations. We will choose Jeremy and Pro-west landscapes every time from now on. If I could leave 10 stars I would. *Bev*

If you're considering hiring Pro West Landscape LLC, I strongly urge you to read this review…read morecarefully. The owner, Jeremy Inman, is directly tied to WDGT LLC, another landscaping and concrete business that has a well-documented history of unethical business practices. My wife and I hired WDGT LLC for a large-scale project, trusting them with over $75,000, expecting professional and timely completion of the work. However, after completing less than a third of the agreed-upon work, they abandoned the project, leaving us with $45,000+ in uncompleted services. After disappearing, Jeremy shut down WDGT LLC and refused all communication. Despite our multiple attempts to contact him directly and through legal representation--including delivering a letter to the address associated with both businesses--he has continued to avoid any responsibility. What's more alarming is that he has now resumed soliciting work under Pro West Landscape LLC, a business that appears to be following the same pattern as WDGT LLC. We've received numerous messages from others who had similar experiences, confirming that Jeremy continues to take large deposits from unsuspecting clients without delivering on his promises. It's disheartening and frustrating that someone can run off with tens of thousands of dollars, shut down one business, and simply start another under a different name to repeat the same unethical practices. We've even seen posts from Jeremy himself boasting about acquiring expensive new equipment shortly after abandoning our project. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would recommend looking elsewhere for landscaping services. Pro West Landscape LLC appears to be nothing more than a rebranded continuation of the same failed and fraudulent business model. Currently in the process of filing a lawsuit after months and multiple attempts of not only us, but our lawyer trying to contact them.

Cruz Construction and Landscaping built this fence... This is my side. I have to look at this mess…read moreevery single day. When I approached Rueben about how bad it looks, he threatened to make problems for me if I post this. He said " you make problems for me, I'll make problems for you...Dont make me make problems for you!" I filed a police report promptly concerning this threat. Labor and Industries will be contacted also. Nothing was measured. All the cross beams are at different heights. There is huge gaps under the fence and my dog is no longer contained. There was a chain link fence there for years that I put up and I agreed to let the neighbor roll the fence up to install this monstrosity.....What was I thinking?! Who knew it could go this wrong? By law, I'm not allowed to touch it because I didn't help pay for it ( I wasn't asked). I'm pretty sure it was placed over 6 ft tall in some places. Waiting on the City of Bremerton to see if it even meets code. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever. :( UPDATE: we've researched their business license and have yet to find a current one listed...beware!

I needed a curtain drain put in and the land graded because my first story would flood during heavy rain. They were professional and communicative during the whole project. It's been a few years now with some very bad storms and that curtain drain has never missed a beat. It works hard year round and I have never had standing water in that area again. I would love to someday hire this company again.

Derek Randles, the owner/designer loves the outdoors and his custom designs bring Mother Nature to…read moreyour doorstep. The great Pacific NW type of Mother Nature that is. He is so passionate about his work and the end product is representative of that passion. Background - After growing very tired of an awful looking front yard at our previous home in Silverdale, we finally decided to hire a professional landscaper as my vision required equipment to handle the large granite boulders destined to be the focal point of the yard. After a short consultation Derek presented us with a wonderful design and we quickly gave him the green light. Within a week of starting work he was finished and boy did it pop! Compliments abounded from friends, neighbors, and relatives. We liked his work so much that two years or so later we hired him again, to do the back yard this time, complete with a water feature, large flagstone patio/walkways, and yes, more boulders! During the consultation and after learning I wanted a waterfall of sorts incorporated into the design to surprise my wife, he got absolutely giddy after seeing the perfect place. He walked up the short incline and pointing to the ground stated, "this is where the water will come out like a spring", then split into 2 separate and smaller falls/rapids wrapping around a small island of evergreen trees, and finally collecting in a large deep pool at the bottom where the recirculating pump would be located. He was so "stoked"! This project also turned out perfect and was so complimentary to the backyard. Photos of both yards are attached. So last year we decided to move to a new location where the front yard again needed some "TLC", i.e. new landscaping. I called Derek to see if he was interested and within a week or so he came for the consultation and then subsequent to that came out yet again to spend a few hours on site developing the landscape plan. Work on the 3rd project took 2 weeks to complete and a few photos are also attached. It is almost winter and so we will wait until he Spring to add plants, so it looks a little naked right now. It therefore goes without saying that Derek and his crew are top notch, professional, and most importantly, can be trusted as other Yelp reviews have stated. Regarding the work itself, the crew are very careful to position important landscape elements for maximum impact and are always interested in home owner input. If you don't care for the way something is looking, they will work with you to correct the problem. They are always careful to cleanup once everything was done and I cannot emphasize too much how much we again enjoyed working with Derek and his crew. Otherwise, why would we have used Randles Landscape & Design on 3 major projects?
