The tree was striking distance to the house, but their skilled climber chunked it down easily. They were aware of things that could be troublesome or damaged. No complaints. Second time, we had a tree come partially down, causing some damage to our deck. It was a precarious situation, but Steven came out, assessed, and started making a plan to try to do as little damage as possible. There was talk that we may have to cut the wire fencing I had to avoid causing more damage to the fence. Again, it was a very precarious situation and there were few options for safely dealing with the problem. They managed to take down the tree without causing any damage to the fence, cleaned up the branches, raked the front yard where they had been cutting the branches up, stacked the rounds neatly. and left everything else where we had discussed. A different reviewer complained about messy trucks and smelling marijuana. I honestly don't care about either of those things. The proof is in the pudding, and they were able to take care of the problems, have a good attitude, and move out quickly. Some members may be less social than others, but so am I. You may also consider that while you might have things done you want "your way," you may want to listen to the experts and let them handle things the right and safe way.
