A few months later the seam failed and now we can't get calls returned and when I did finally get them on the phone I was told, essentially, "it's outside what do you expect?" Been ghosted since. I'm okay with $275 every 5 years but not every 5 months. And I'm worried about the structural integrity of the bar itself.
