First, as I understand it from our contractor - the space for the drawer- microwave was too big, we supplied the specs to the designer - it required him to make some adjustments. Then when the contractor installed the ventilation hood, it was too low...hit the my head on it (I'm 5 ft 5 inches)....the contactor called the designer and was told the company sent an 8 inch trim piece instead of a 6 inch trim piece; well a 6 inch piece was not going to make it right because it needed to be raised more than 6 inches (and later we were told the contractor never consulted the designer --- then how did we know the company sent the wrong size trim piece?). The designer cancelled on the day she was to come out to review the installation of the cabinets due to weather.....she never rescheduled. Like I said, everything was great until they got our money.

Many of his substitutions were substandard and he never completed the job. He did not order enough materials and we needed to wait extra weeks and he still did not complete the job. Fortunately we did not pay him in full since he had abandoned the job. we called and texted him but to no avail did he respond. His 3 workers Keith, Rick and Dan were amazing but they couldn't work without proper materials. Jeff the owner is unprofessional and I could not recommend this company to anyone!
