Worst experience ever. A complete scam business. Had Alex out to do a measure and provide estimate. Paid him to pick up the 5 slabs of quartz as well as fabrication for my mom's kitchen and bathroom remodel. My mother died before the job could be completed. Alex had 2 slabs of quartz cut but said he would absolutely refund my money for the remaining 3 slabs because he could return them. The couple that moved in to my mom's apartment at a retirement community chose to go ahead with the remodel and Alex used all 5 slabs of quartz, then billed the couple for the entire project. The couple was unaware that Alex had already received a check for the project. In the past 4 months I have been in contact with Alex numerous times. Each time he absolutely positively guaranteed me he would refund my money. Last week I finally received a check. And of course it was returned for non sufficient funds! I would give this business zero stars. Unethical business practices. Poor response. Zero integrity. Absolute scam. read more

We got estimates from 5 different kitchen companies to redo our entire kitchen - went with Kitchen Experts and so happy we did. Our kitchen turned out beautifully; just as we'd hoped. Alex, Tony, Miguel and crew became part of the family for a short time as they demo'd, cleaned, repaired, installed, cleaned, and made sure everything was perfect. (I said "cleaned" twice because they are very conscientious about keep everything looking nice.) We had all new custom color kitchen cabinets installed as well as quartz countertops which look fantastic - they did both. I ordered my own appliances. They also redid our bar. We were sticklers about making sure everything lined up, seams were smooth, and drawers slid smoothly, but we didn't have to worry about that. The guys were on it! Alex and Kitchen Experts in Palm Desert is 5 Star all the way. On Saturday he installed Quartz Counter tops in my 95 year old mother's kitchen. It was a distressing situation for her because about 10 years ago she had granite counter tops installed, but that was such a poor job that they fell apart and have been in disrepair for several years. She really did not even want to think about it, but finally had to. Over the last six months she has gotten a lot of quotes that were over the top both price wise and time wise. But luckily, my sister found Kitchen Experts through a Google search about two weeks ago and everything changed. Alex came over quickly, gave her a firm quote and a short time line. He even suggested that she get her new sink and faucet at Costco. (Brilliant Move) His workmen came over the next day and removed the broken granite counter top and in less that a week they were back with the new beautiful Quartz Counter Top. We had a little set back with one of his downstream contractors but he handled it without a worry for me. The color stain was matched wonderfully and the whole thing is awesome. I must say that his crew were great guys who seemed to like working together and really respect their boss Alex. One thing I really appreciate is that every time Alex left his guys to finish up, he always admonished them to make sure to clean up well. That is hard to come by! If it were possible, I'd give Alex and his team 6 stars. He is the nicest, most dependable contractor I've ever used for home remodeling. He follows through with everything he commits to and stands behind all of his team's work. We had the cabinets in the whole house refinished to match a built in entertainment unit. Alex and his crew have recently refaced our laundry room and 2 bathroom cabinets. This was done quickly and beautifully. Then our major project was an almost complete new kitchen. There was a small section where the cabinet was refaced but otherwise all new. This included a larger island, new quartz counters, tile floor repair and new tile backsplash, new plumbing and electrical. Everything was done well and fairly quickly. The crew was especially tidy and left the place clean at the end of the day. Alex was always reachable and quick to respond and solve any problems that arose.
