I will most likely continue to have this studio in my rotation and I am looking forward to taking other instructors. Additionally, the desk staff was super kind and helpful the first time I visited. Poles and additional items are standard to other studios. One thing to note though, is that there are some classes that get booked super early in advance so you may have to wait about 1-2 months to find an opening.

And I've been too many of them. What makes this one special is the attention to detail and the very personal customer service. The studio is extremely clean, I mean, impeccably. All of the towels smell fresh, all of the floors are freshly polished. Everything smells delightful. The sauna is top notch. It has a large infrared light bar, but it also has very strong, infrared light around the sauna otherwise, and on the ceiling of the sauna as well. and this one, you are also able to adjust it to other types of light such as blue, green, Amber, etc.You are also to control your own levels of heat. There is a television with prepaid Amazon prime channels. The Bluetooth speaker inside the sauna is loud and crisp, and of course you can control the levels and channels with the remote. The gentleman who helped me is named Ken. He gave me a nice tour of the studio upon arrival, and then showed me how to operate everything. He was extremely helpful and kind.Another nice thing is this sauna is very large. I was literally able to stretch out and recline. I think this will be my go to infrared sauna spot.

But even before I get to the class, the entry entryway and the vibe of the whole place is off because it's so worn out. i'm scared the fabric will fall off the hook and it's extremely smelly and overall unstable and worn out looking- not sure if i can trust the hanging to support me but that's the attorney in me talking. everything i see seems like a liability, especially their old hooks and the way the instructor walks around with a huge ladder in a crowded class. Next the class itself- instructor spent majority of the time making us stretch and adjusting our fabric. it was such a waste of time. don't do it if you're trying to get a workout in.

My roommate shows up to take the class and they won't let her take the class despite showing proof that it was paid for and informing them that the classes were a gift. Then, they wouldn't REFUND the class or allow a reschedule, saying "well technically it's used" even though they didn't let her USE THE PASS. Then the manager comes out and is rude, saying "I'm the manager, this is MY store." Manager is rude. Tried redeeming the classes before the 30 days. Really, they just want to take your money. Don't come!! Save your money! edit: i appreciate the apology and your independent review of the footage. however, it was communicated that the class was a gift for her birthday and when asked if the class could be rescheduled or refunded, it was indicated that it was technically used despite being denied entry. While i appreciate that a refund was offered after sending an email, i too wonder how many clients were turned away from reasonable resolutions. changing the review to 2 stars for the apology and refund. wishing you a good rest of your week and better luck with communications in the future. edit 2: upon further review of the reviews left before, it seems like a common practice to enforce unreasonable attendance policies and citing "camera footage" evidence that only management have access to when confronted with reports of unprofessional behavior. seems at least some staff struggle to treat customers with dignity and respect (as a customer do your own due diligence to deduce why they may treat some customers better than others). all in all, probably better to take classes elsewhere but that's just my opinion.

One of the very few professional stretching/contortion classes available in the LA area. If you want to get more flexible, these instructors know how to safely build up those muscles so that you can actively and correctly increase your body's mobility and range of movement. The best part is that you don't have to start off being flexible at all. They work with your body to adjust and modify exercises so that you're still working out the intended muscle group. You never need to bring your own mat, resistance bands, nor yoga strap because they provide everything for you. Their equipment is always clean because they provide spray bottles and handcloths for you to wipe everything down at the end. Even though their physical location is temporarily closed due to the "Safer at Home" order, they're still streaming online group classes through Zoom for only $8.99! I've been taking their "Intro to Contortion" and "Strength and Conditioning" classes to (at least marginally) maintain my flexibility and strength for aerial silks.
