It's rare that you get to find somewhere where you feel comfortable doing the uncomfortable work of not only the physical but also the emotional and psychological aspects that come with the art of movement. The atmosphere I've personally experienced has always been so much fun and nothing short of uplifting. From the different instructors, fellow patrons, to Red herself, I've always felt extremely welcomed and rooted for to succeed during my pole journey as a 5' 9'' 230 lb plus size (over 45 year old) woman. Being surrounded by likeminded individuals who run the gamut of levels of expertise in a single room at any given moment is awe inspiring and keeps me coming back to try to reach my own mini goals along the way. There is something extremely special that happens when you're guided by someone like Red. During the riding test, I was doing okay until I panicked, locked up the rear brake instead of progressively squeezing the front, heard the tire squeal, stopped, and jumped off the bike like a child. I was embarrassed and convinced I had already failed. Without making a big scene or drawing attention to it, they calmed me down, helped me reset, and got my head back into a good place. Somehow, I managed to pass. Barely, but a pass is a pass. The funny part is that once I got out riding on my own, everything they had taught me started to click. The classroom instruction was just as good. They were patient, clear, and genuinely engaged. You can tell they enjoy what they do. Even though they teach the same material repeatedly, it never feels like they are just going through the motions or thinking, "Here we go again, same class, different day." By the way, once you book the classes online for the AMOS Riding Academy, Mae sends you a personalized video intro of what to expect including what gear to get and what classes might be like (she's not one of the teachers but is very helpful and knowledgeable on any questions you might have about the classes). Then she'll schedule a quick 5-10 min practice session on an H-G Street 500 that's bolted down and on dyna rollers so you can get acquainted with the controls, upshifting and downshifting. Our in-the-field instructors were Adam and Andrew... Andrew has such a positive energy and gets you really excited about learning. And Adam was great with safety and he gave me some great tips and advice when he passed me and my son through the course!! Both were very knowledgeable and were patient and always open to questions. I have been to the LA Philharmonic Walt Disney Concert Hall several times to see/hear different genres of music from ballet, to symphony, to jazz, and of course classical music, and during the holidays they give a great performance by their choir. Those of you who know me, know I love classical music and do have my favorite composers: Chopin, Vivaldi and Mozart. On Sunday, March 29th at 7:30pm my friend and I went to see Strauss, Bruch, & Moussa's elegant, classy performance that shook up the whole entire venue and the audience. It was just MAGNIFICENT! 10/10 The venue itself is STUNNING! Glamorous and easy to navigate all the aisles. Our seats were very comfortable and you can see the stage from any corner/angle since the theatre is not that big. Also has balcony seating. Tickets were $50 a piece not including tax. It has a beautiful gift shop, garden, different restaurants all around the building, and a small store where you can purchase some beverages and snacks. Overall, a GREAT performance and we both had a lovely time. Parking is $10 with few an entrances and few restrooms for both men & women. Thank you all for another AWESOME performance!! Will definitely return again next time I get a brochure or pamphlet in my mail.

Excellent and ordinary group of musicians and with great leader conductor...make a great musics in a great warm and cozy setting. Seat are okey, not comfort but good enough to endure the whole show. Love the layout that literally using all spaces for guests to enjoys the music in the given space.
