Sabbath Circle is where I found my pole coven. A terrific group of pole artists, dancers, athletes, and enthusiasts all around. I came for the classes and stayed for the instructors! The talent here is amazing which allows for a wide variety of pole classes. Thanks to Em, the owner, for creating a beautiful space for pole dancers to flourish and connect. They really take care of you here! Plus: - Free parking in lot - Very aesthetic and good for videos - Welcome lobby makes you feel right at home!

    Clean, spacious, & inviting

I am a first timer here & i 100% recommend this dance studio! Instructor Em was amazing and her teaching was easy to follow. I'll be coming back here no doubt, i loved how friendly and inviting it was! Amazing experience!

Wasn't very clean. Floor had a lot of dust and balls of hair. Instructors were usually late when starting class. Good parking though.

It was a major turn off that ultimately had me coming to the studio less and less until a bunch of their teachers who had been there for years quit due to unethical business practice and seeing the behavior that Lauren exhibited. She doesn't understand the difference between confidence and egotistical. Theres a reason so many teachers and students left this studio last year. I would stay far away from this place and give your money to people who deserve it.

It doesn't really make sense but OK, already vibe ruined but i took the aerial 1 class. The man followed me around asking where i got my yoga mat and even when i was leaving asked if i am taking my yoga mat and where it is etc- very annoying, bizarre and frankly off putting as hell. he was anything but welcoming so i suggest you remove him from whatever he's doing in the front. never want to come back. apparently you have to pay for rental yoga mat. But even before I get to the class, the entry entryway and the vibe of the whole place is off because it's so worn out. i'm scared the fabric will fall off the hook and it's extremely smelly and overall unstable and worn out looking- not sure if i can trust the hanging to support me but that's the attorney in me talking. everything i see seems like a liability, especially their old hooks and the way the instructor walks around with a huge ladder in a crowded class. Next the class itself- instructor spent majority of the time making us stretch and adjusting our fabric. it was such a waste of time. don't do it if you're trying to get a workout in.

She'll find the right bike to match your interests and personality). By the way, once you book the classes online for the AMOS Riding Academy, Mae sends you a personalized video intro of what to expect including what gear to get and what classes might be like (she's not one of the teachers but is very helpful and knowledgeable on any questions you might have about the classes). Then she'll schedule a quick 5-10 min practice session on an H-G Street 500 that's bolted down and on dyna rollers so you can get acquainted with the controls, upshifting and downshifting. Our in-the-field instructors were Adam and Andrew... Andrew has such a positive energy and gets you really excited about learning. And Adam was great with safety and he gave me some great tips and advice when he passed me and my son through the course!! Both were very knowledgeable and were patient and always open to questions. Thank you guys for your great instructions and for the fun (yet safe!) motorcycle drilling lessons! Appreciate you!!

Andrew Hall, the owner, and operator of The School of Light offered to teach me one-on-one during a weekend workshop to make sure I was fully prepared and confident for the advanced darkroom class. In a weekend, my world changed. I learned the art and mechanics of film photography, sharpened my perspectives for light and shadow, processed my own film, and developed my own prints. Nothing is quite as exciting as watching your photograph come to life, or as empowering as knowing you have full creative control in the darkroom. Low and behold, I was fully equipped for the advanced class - which was nothing short of magnificent. Andrew is incredibly friendly, passionate, patient, engaging, inspiring, a true artist with a wealth of expertise, and an exceptional instructor for your journey into the darkroom. I've since taken numerous classes at SoL and continue to expand my creativity into exotic and uncharted realms. The people who attend Andrew's workshops are just as friendly and likeminded as you. Everyone gets along and encourages each other; it's indeed a splendid place.
